If he does go to Purdue will you all say it was a dirty recruitment like Dawson's was?
Candy striped football helmets are the gayest thing in the history of CFB.
Not surprised they are being used by the most terrible football school/team in the history of the Big Ten Conf.
Congrats??
Not sure about Edwards at the point, but he would make a great 3 and a pretty good two as well as rotating in at the 4.
Frankly, since I have no idea what the real story is, I don't really care.
I'm reaching the point where I really don't even want to hear about these recruiting battles until players commit, like it was 20 years ago. When Swanigan has a confirmed decision I want to know and if it's Purdue, great.
One thing I do wonder, however, is what the offense and defense look like if Swanigan does commit. I must admit that I really like Edwards at the 4, but I wonder if Edwards could make the transition to point guard, somewhat like Kelsey Bsrlow.
Way to dodge the questions.
Nope but your delusional ass will when he contributes to the whupping you get at AssHall this year!!!If he does go to Purdue will you all say it was a dirty recruitment like Dawson's was?
Lets be honest. Rosie knows how all of this works. Obviously there is something no right here. I can't believe Caleb would announce anything without Rosie and him discussing it. Their entire recruiting process has been air tight until the MSU thing and all the noise about Cal. Something just doesn't seen right to me.You don't know Rosie doesn't want him at MSU? You guys don't know Rosie is a handler? It's one thing to steer a kid toward a program and it's another to talk them out of where they want to play.
I agree that he doesn't have Barlow's athleticism. He has better vision and skills, though. As far as quickness, I compare him to Mathias, Thompson, and Weatherford, since they are the other point guard candidates. I think that Vince is as quick and more athletic than Dakota. Thompson and Weatherford are quicker, but I don't think either are among the top 5-7 players on the team right now.No, he couldn't. He can handle the ball and pass it, but not near as quick or athletic as Kelsey. He is a good three...
lol @ you thinking I care about your troll "questions".
Its a legitimate question, granted one you may not want to look in the mirror and answer but I find it funny how much Dawson and Izzo were trashed on here and now you have a handler pushing a recruit to Purdue for once.

Edwards may be at a disadvantage at the point defensively, but he would create mismatches at the other end. I tend to agree that he is probably a 3 defensively, but I think he at least takes on a point forward role on offense. I'm actually thinking that Davis may need to guard the point, but his ball handling skills are not strong enough to play point guard on offense.
Yep, my bad. When I changed from "There's a recipe" to "there are recipes" I should have changed that also. Thanks for watching us. By the way when you use an ellipsis, you should put a space between the three periods and Please. Funny the Purdue Owl says an ellipsis is a form of lazy writing. WTF.And there are recipes for meth. ...Please, some of us here have read books. vbg
Way to dodge the questions. Congrats on the last place finish this fall in football....again.
PG is not a natural spot for anyone on the team except PJ.
Actually I believe if Caleb had his preference he would go to California to play with his buddies. MSU was a compromise choice as Rosie wanted him at PU but before anyone sees that Rosie is being manipulative, the reason Caleb came to be with him to begin with was because Caleb's family was having a negative impact on him. Caleb's family is from the west and I suspect that Rosie wants to make sure he stays the very positive course he is on currently. Rosie has the kids best interests at heart and MSU would have been a good choice as would playing for 'Zo in California but for Caleb being a year younger having skipped his junior year to be eligible for next year and being 2,500 miles away might not be a ideal for him. Purdue does make the most sense for Caleb as he won't be playing center but power forward where his future lies.
Look 2. No way on earth Rosie looked at a 5'11" 330 lb 8 th grader as a D1 prospect and became his handler. He became his parent, legally and emotionally. You don't know Rosie doesn't want him at MSU? You really need to do some homework before you start slinging negative labels at good people. Unless your just an MSU troll, then by all means keep digging.
