2024 Recruiting

Who is Drew Adams?
A well traveled assistant coach that worked for Crean at Indiana and Alford at New Mexico. He also coached aau with Indiana Elite. Think he’s at Bradley now? A Bloomington native. Also had connections with AHOPE. An organization that connected basketball players from Africa with high schools and colleges here in the states.

I’d love to see Purdue go after an elite point guard rather than more shooters! Our history seems to be built around a big man and shooters. It would be nice to see a player control the tempo, dish the ball and make some alley oop and pinpoint passes. We have enough shooters
By 2024 we may have 3 pgs on the roster. Pack?, Gibbs, and Smith.

There is a fairly sizable Purdue alumni community in Jackson County where Benter lives. So even though Brownstown is much closer to Bloomington than West Lafayette, I am certain that he has been around plenty of Boilermakers while growing up to help keep him balanced and on the right path!
Hes surrounded by more Purdue than iu, but I'm not sure that will matter. He's going to make the choice that's best for him based on the offers he has.

As he should. But all of us are influenced by circumstances and those around us.

Manufacturing and distribution dominate the economy in Jackson County from an employment perspective (and agriculture brings in huge revenue as well). Of course, like most communities, the local hospital and schools also employ a good number of people.

Here is a link for detailed reference:
Thanks. Looks like he is playing for Grand Park Premier in the spring games but he suffered an ankle injury.

Who cares about 2024?

A lot of us will be dead when these guys are seniors 7 years from now.
You answered your own question ... everyone who will be alive in 7 years cares .... and my uneducated guess is that there are more of us than there are of you ...

With the way things have been going the last couple years, I am not sure I'd want to take that bet.
Hang tough. You may have to eat some stray cats, dogs, walk everyplace, and keep your house you are sharing with others to pay the bills at a temperature you don't prefer, but some socialist countries have lived that way for many years. ;)

That's assuming Putin doesn't hit his big red button before that point, or a more deadly virus is released from some random lab. I am not sure you can take anything off the table at this point.

From 2024 recruiting to death and the destruction of mankind. We know not the hour.

and the real power behind the NCAA shall be revealed......you may not like what you find.....

Shady character who, if true that he plays a role in where Flory ends up, will parlay that into a new gig likely. All a part of the Indiana Elite pipeline that is largely a recruiting system for Indinia. Hanner Mosquera-Perea and that recruiting debacle had his Dad intimately involved. Strong Indinia ties for the Adams family.

And he is just the latest in a long line ... I can't remember the name of the short black guy that coached the younger teams 25 years ago. He helped build the building with the six gyms on West 3rd St. .... At that time, the teams were Indiana Purple I think ...

Was just joking but it seems a little weird to be debating which 15 year old is going to lead us to the final four.
I am just a fan of HS basketball growing up in Indiana. If I wasn’t in tech, I would have liked something in the basketball or baseball scouting area. Recruiting is the key in most of our discussions with the current team. It’s all changing though like the previous poster said.

This country is no where near "socialism" and you know it. It's just an argument to put Conservatives, with no actual policy or plan for the people of the country, in power. It's fear mongering. The rich continue to get richer and the poor stay poor. Private business continues to dominate. C'mon man.

"What does socialism mean in simple terms?

Socialism is an economic and political system where workers own the general means of production (i. e. farms, factories, tools, and raw materials). This can be achieved through decentralized and direct worker-ownership or centralized state-ownership of the means of production"

Interesting definition. Where does socialism successfully exist, according to this definition?

6'4" SG, shoots it well, still developing handling the ball, gets a couple steals a game at least and plays in 7A in Georgia which is the highest division for GHSA. Offers from Florida, Ole Miss and Mississippi State.
Wonder if he will keep growing like dad and GR3?
