No, that's not him. This guy was probably around 2005-2010, something like that. I might still be thinking of Dekker though and made up the Minny guy.
Blake Hoffarber??

I would think Heide likely rounds out this class. Very solid class with the firepower that are in the 2020 and 2021 class!
I assume CMP is saving a spot for Jalen, right?
I would say so if there are 2. Jameel Brown said they were in his ear too. Trevion will have graduated. We might have a better shot with him over Iwuchukwu. He looked more like a post player from that video but that’s what I thought about Big Dog seeing him in the HS championship game. Brantley being from that area helps.I assume CMP is saving a spot for Jalen, right?
If he needs 5 for that class in order to take Jalen, there could’ve some attrition between now and the spring of 22.I would say so if there are 2. Jameel Brown said they were in his ear too. My question would be where would he fit in with Kaufman and Furst? And possibly Heide?Jalen is wearing number 13. Glen Robinson wore number 13.
Where will they fit numerically? Depends on the jersey number they pick I suppose. If Ivey (a guard) has #13, then there is room in the sequence on either side for Kaufman and Furst (front line players). My question would be where would he fit in with Kaufman and Furst? And possibly Heide?
No, I meant positionally.Where will they fit numerically? Depends on the jersey number they pick I suppose. If Ivey (a guard) has #13, then there is room in the sequence on either side for Kaufman and Furst (front line players).
No, I meant positionally.
I was being sarcastic, of course. I thought your question was a little weird since Ivey and Kaufman, Furst play relatively different positions. Hence I though your question might refer to their numerical order. No, I meant positionally.
Was talking about Washington, Heide, Kaufman, and Furst, not Ivey.I was being sarcastic, of course. I thought your question was a little weird since Ivey and Kaufman, Furst play relatively different positions. Hence I though your question might refer to their numerical order.

Isn't that what we want? Gradual increase in talent and skill across the board? If it's at the same position and the kids know that and want to be here, isn't that all the better?I think his question is a legitimate one. ( It never appears to me that he mentioned Ivey). We’re not really that used to signing top 40 players, and now we’re talking about stacking at the same position in back to back classes.
Of course. The question is, would there be PT for all of them?Isn't that what we want? Gradual increase in talent and skill across the board? If it's at the same position and the kids know that and want to be here, isn't that all the better?
Of course - survival of the fittest. It will take Painter to have a change in philosophy to give time to let young kids learn v giving vets “earned” time. I mean that is what the big dogs do right?Of course. The question is, would there be PT for all of them?
I’m really not even talking about the “vets”. I’m talking just about the 2021 and 2022 kids.Of course - survival of the fittest. It will take Painter to have a change in philosophy to give time to let young kids learn v giving vets “earned” time. I mean that is what the big dogs do right?
Get the talent and figure that out later.Of course. The question is, would there be PT for all of them?
I think my statement still applies - survival of the fittest or up and out.I’m really not even talking about the “vets”. I’m talking just about the 2021 and 2022 kids.
That’s all well and good, but CMP will have to lay out a convincing case where Jalen gets on the court as a freshman.I think my statement still applies - survival of the fittest or up and out.
We should want kids who believe in an up or out model. If you were the best in your 2020 class then take advantage of your year and make yourself better to secure your spot. If you can’t - we have someone better ready to eat.
I think he can at least in my mind. He is a 4/5 hybrid so you lay the case of Furst, him, Kaufman, Ivey and Morton. He can be promised a decent amount of minutes as you interchange he/Furst/Edey.That’s all well and good, but CMP will have to lay out a convincing case where Jalen gets on the court as a freshman.
With rotations, transfers, injuries/illness and other factors not worried about playing time for talent.Get the talent and figure that out later.
On Indiana: “The little guy there says he just hopes to still be around in 2022.”
I would add Stanford.3 things stand out:
MSU -ugh, sounds like they are in great position.
IU- Archie is installing a new system in 4th year? Is this because Washington is an inside/outside big and they wiffed on the TJD/Kaufman sell? They need a stretch 4/5 like Washington bad.
Purdue - Seem to be right there. Seems like selling academics early has made impression. He would be luxury, but would be another piece to some super flexible and talented future lineups.
Michigan State “family atmosphere”
FYI Kaufman is back. Went for like 23 and 11 last night from what I saw.

It seems he was highest on Stanford and MSU based on comments but that may not mean much or maybe it does. I remember reading Bruce Thornton discussing his finalists a couple days before commitment and Purdue seemed to be the one he said the best things about and the most things but ultimately picked Ohio State.I would add Stanford.

FIFY.No. We DEMAND IMMEDIATE increase in talent. We will NOT settle for gradual. 😂 😂
