Aside from AJ's late season turnaround, I think you'd have to give it to Davis. Looking at the returning vets, who will get the most improved player for next season? Stephens- even with a healed finger, will he have a more rounded game? Mathias- finally healthy and in shape, will those 1/2 down shots acutally stay down? Vince- with added muscle, will he show signs of dominance rather than flying under the radar all to often? Isaac- does he improve upon his turnovers and footwork to become a dominant big man? Basil- will he develop some sort of shot to go with his uber athletic build? PJ- does he do his best Lewjack impersonation and somehow find a way to become more athletic on both ends of the floor? Bryson- does he stay and make the transformation that Painter is looking for? Davis- has he reached his Peter Principal? AJ- does he stay and become the dominant big man that he is capable of? My vote- Mathias!
