Because of the home court controversy. For fun, how many of you would give Dayton our 9 seed for that 11 seed play in game to avoid Big Blue Nation in the third round.
I thought about this awhile and I honestly think I would trade quite easily. Only because I'm confident that PU can go further than our current draw.

If we played uk at mackey I think we would have a decent shot to win. Neutral court is obviously still possible but extremely difficult. I agree that Purdue had a shot to do some damage in the tourney, just sucks that uk would be the 2nd game. Still have to beat cincy though or all this talk will be for nothing anway. Shock the world!

Whether it is us or Cincy, it will hardly be a neutral game versus Kentucky. For the 4 teams that make it to Saturday, it will probably be over 75% UK for those games. Obviously the draw with the potential matchup vs UK blows, but it is even worse that it won't really be a neutral game.

Shit, even at the BTT Saturday, it was like a home game for Wisconsin at the United Center.

UK had more people at their shoot around yesterday than we will have at our game. (3K)

It will probably be closer to 90% KY Blue in KFC, I just hope AJ stays out of foul trouble in this game.

IU got hooked up w/ a decent matchup. I'd much rather be a 10 in any region.

I'm also disappointed that the committee put all Indiana teams in the same bracket. ND got screwed.

Remember when no one gave purdue a shot at beating Kansas a few years ago...yeah we lost but it was alot closer than most people thought. We have tons of talent, we need to play 40 mins of Purdue basketball that dominated OSU by 12 in columbus and scored 35 on wizzy. Play 40 mins of basketball and we can play and beat anyone.

Such an awesome opportunity

I'm sure the team is excited. I am as well.

We are where we are. Now let's do some damage.
