Calling someone racist and/or telling them they have “white privilege” have a lot of history in this site and so it isn’t special. However, venturing on sacred grounds consecrated out of air like A squared or “arrogant a$$” does, and so I hope that doesn’t get misapplied to others. Arrogant a$$ was a term of endearment given to only me by Bob and it holds a special place in my heart. Obviously “arrogant” would never have to do with reciprocation of some name calling. It would involve pointing out the error of “feelings” in a giving area that the thought of one operating from higher ground was labeled “arrogant” and so I just watch and sometimes forget to breathe deeply, and hope people don’t carelessly trample on those holy grounds that are special to me.
I loved laughing and listening to Red Foxx’s records. Years later, on his TV show, he is in a hospital bed when a black woman doctor walks in, and his face, body, and eventually his voice are all saying that he wants a white doctor. All in the Family had a similar episode. This is white privilege, where people assume white people are more intelligent.
I thought white privilege was the greatest motivator for blacks to set goals to be better. If a white guy gets the highest score in taking any test, that big deal is expected; however, when a black man gets the highest score, that is HUGE, and he feels great!
I knew Obama wasn’t qualified to be President, but I voted for him, and was joyful when he was elected.. I was praying he would say that he studied hard, worked hard, kept his nose clean, and became President of the US, and if he can do it, then anybody can.
Instead, Obama promoted white privilege from a victim's viewpoint. This is the face of the Democratic party today. You can make up lies and tell your hated towards Trump, but if you point out the truth about Kamala, but it is negative, then you are racist, I am embarrassed at how many times I read someone called another a racist here.
BTW, I always tried to listen to Angela Davis’ Marxist viewpoints and found it hysterical when, years later, she found out her family came over on the Mayflower. Seeing the media distance Kamala from her Marxist viewpoints is also interesting. And I am wondering if the media will ever disclose that her father was a University Professor who taught Marxism and his ancestors were slave owners in Jamaica.
The big reason we had COVID-19 variants was that we opened the borders in January 2021. If I were sick I would have headed to the US. And if I were head of a country, I would empty my prisons, insane asylum, and hospitals and send them to America.

It is understandable why living republican presidents would not be invited. Both Bush were globalists and more likely to go to war. They were on a different page. You can throw Jeb in there as another Bush. DeSantis, Ramaswarmy and Haley I believe are in Trump's corner Christie would be the only one that wouldn't support Trump and so Trump could have filled spots with people that supported him and chose not to do so. If Trump win, I like the more stable and common sense I've see so far from Tulsi Gabbard. Trump's approach and policies are different than a politician from the recent past and like him or not he has exposed corruption that in the past we wouldn't know...AND he hasn't increased his wealth at the expense of the taxpayer.
It is hard to believe that anyone that works would pick Kamala's policies (whatever they are in "real" life) over Trump's, but can understand why her projected persona is more favorable. There are a whole lot of concerns realized when seeing a candidate that nobody wanted, even in her primary become a candidate due to a coup and projected NOW as a super candidate. People say...well wait until the debate, but debates many times are fluff and the people asking the questions can certainly direct the dialog (even if they don't provide questions in advance which has been done in the past) and so I'm not convinced that the debate will accomplish what some believe. No matter what there should be red flags when the media doesn't cover her and she isn't out forcing coverage with all her purported wonderful thoughts. This should be a HUGE concern just seeing the state media and the coup for a candidate.

Having spent a few days in his hometown two years ago, and hearing from the folks how he's "considered" as the town grandfather or "Uncle Bernie" and how he goes to the coffee shop and listens to "his" folk every day when he''s there, he's really much more of a revered local figure head today than an actual elective policy maker.

There will be things I don't like I'm sure. I was ecstatic since the WW2 he was the only president to demand the other countries set aside roughly 2% for most countries for their defense. I also liked a step towards simplification tax code. Naturally, those countries wanted the USA to continue to foot their defense and were not happy with him. He is a spender, but they all are anymore. I pay more attention to his desires and what he did than his words that are many times hyperbolic and letting people know "he" got this accomplished. Does he toot his horn because the media doesn't or is it part of his personality...or both? I'm not near into the fear some have with "climate change". I see a transfer of wealth without the urgency justified.
In general I think the problems whatever they will be align around a different approach than politicians or attorneys... both are in the business of moving assets and not generating assets. If elected the media will continue to disparage him trying to convince the public of that they don't like in his policies as well as his personal shortfalls. I want more lean to a nationalist and to cut back on the globalist...which to some degree the USA must be in. We need manufacturing and technology here in teh USA...and I know that will cause inflation, but that is better than other spending currently going on. Neither candidate has any idea on education

I’m surprised how fast it’s happening as social unrest is taking over most everywhere. My time is short, but certainly worry about the kids and grandchildren as they will experience times way different than the good times we all enjoyed.
