As long as Hazell is coach, you can be sure the Purdue football program will be lousy at best! However, I don't think the school administration cares, for if they did he would be gone already, so get used to it!

Actually, I heard we have BYE on the schedule and BYE is favored by 6.
Dennis Green, Northwestern......5-28 his first three years ('81 - '83)....actually, that's less than 7 games.
Sad how far the Purdue football program has fallen......but.....things can change....they won't until CDH is replaced, however. As much as I like CDH as a person.....there's not much positive I can write anymore about his coaching the Boilermakers.
We can afford to pay it, if they would stop pulling money from the athletic dept for the academic side. Plus, with the funds we will start receiving from the new ESPN Big Ten contract, we can afford better coaches contracts. I don't see us doing this though unless the new AD changes this.
