I see another Purdue legacy committing to ND. Frank Kmet's kid is going there as announced in the Chicago Trib this morning. I just cannot understand the disloyalty, poor upbringing, whatever that people like Greg Eifert would let his son go to ND. Another rant while I am at it is the Carlisle kid who is the son of our highly paid strength coach who transferred to ND from USC so he could be near his family when they relocated to WL.
WTF he could have been real close in WL. It must be poor upbringing as my offspring have been indoctrinated to despise ND from the cradle. Unfortunately, neither were Div I athletes. Maybe my grand sons will be as my father was..

Given the state of our program vs theirs, I'd let my boys go play if ND given the opportunity. Question my loyalty if you want, but as one poster's name says, GodFamilyPurdue.

I think you're pointing the blame at the wrong party. Who said these kids didn't grow liking Purdue? Would you want to go play in Purdue's current program?

Secondly, kids often like doing their own thing. Many "legacies" do not go play where their parents play.

No cash filled back packs. Don't tell me the power football programs aren't doing that in some form because they are
