The FBI already knew something was going on. This is from their FD-1023 report. Sure as shit sounds like to me that Shokin was investigating Burisma and that Biden used his position to get him fired.

"Pozharsky is reported as stating at the meeting that Joe Biden’s son was brought on board to “protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems.” "

“CHS recalled this meeting took place around the time Joe Biden made a public statement about (former) Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin being corrupt, and that he should be fired/removed from office,” the form adds. “CHS told Zlochevsky that due to Shokin’s investigation into Burisma, which was made public at this time, it would have a substantial negative impact on Burisma’s prospective IPO in the United States.”

“Zlochevsky replied something to the effect of, ‘Don’t worry Hunter will take care of those issues through his dad,’ the form states, adding that the source ‘did not ask any further questions about what that specifically meant’.”

Zlochevksy added, “Hunter Biden advised Burisma it could raise much more capital if Burisma purchased a larger US-based business that already had a history in the US oil and gas sector.” The CHS said Zlochevsky mentioned a business in Texas.

“CHS advised Zlochevsky it would be problematic to raise capital in the US given Shokin’s investigation into Burisma as nobody in the US would invest in a company that was the subject of a criminal investigation,” the form notes.

“CHS suggested it would be best if Burisma simply litigate the matter in Ukraine, and pay some attorney $50,000,” the form adds, but Zlochevsky said Burisma “would likely lose the trial because he could not show that Burisma was innocent.”

“Zlochevsky also laughed at CHS’s number of $50,000 (not because of the small amounts but because the number contained a ‘5’) and said that ‘it costs 5 (million) to pay one Biden, and 5 (million) to another Biden.”

“CHS noted that at this time, it was unclear to CHS whether these alleged payments were already made,” the form states.

According to uncorroborated reports, the Oversight Committee may have obtained the bank records for the Burisma payments involved in the alleged bribery scheme.

Who cares about all of this Hunter Biden crap?

There’s little doubt that Joe Biden is the most corrupt politician in American history.
But, these dummy Dems are willing to look past all this for the simple reason that his last name isn’t Trump.

The whole world wanted Shotkin gone and the Bursima ex were charged and on the run. Lev has the story in this. Why won’t they bring him in to these hearings?

Then it shouldn’t be hard to list all the crimes he’s been convicted of.

Acquitted of?
Indicted for?

MSNBC? Is your other source The View?
Does it matter what source quoted the actual statement. I mean for real. It has links to his OWN words. So who cares what site prints it? Why won’t they let Lev speak at the hearings? He only has first hand knowledge. Just sayin

🤔. Liberals don’t want to prosecute Biden. Signed, sealed, delivered by M Garland

Just keep sweeping democrats. Even you and an “independent” should ask why. But all of YOUR news outlets say…disinformation….STILL

🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

liberals…
The world is flat,
Sun rises in the west,
COVID started in a wet market
Cloth masks will protect you
Hunter laptop is Russian collusion.
Russians worked with Trump admin in 2016
Hunters not guilty of tax evasion
Joe Biden didn’t know of Hunters business deals
And Joe Biden, absolutely, positively did not take money from foreign governments.

But liberals try to start their own disinformation agency in the federal government.

Do you have a question?

You don't care that Hunter was hired for a company because, and this is in their own words:

Joe Biden’s son was brought on board to “protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems.”

That doesn't bother you, but fake Russian collusion does???
If it was fake it would. But it wasnt'. Just stupidity from a stupid president.

Nope, just a comment. The comment being that it is difficult to prosecute a crime when the chief of police/DOJ is told to back down by the Mayor/President. Usually, people do the right things, but not in the Biden administration
Because obviously Joe is always publicly ranting about how it’s a witch hunt. He’s constantly deflecting in the media about trump is guilty and he’s destroying our country. He pressures the AG in his speeches to lock him up. You can’t turn on the TV or go on the internet without seeing him rail about the trump crime family. Always talking about how he’s a victim of the evil democrats and deranged Jim Jordan, his wife and kids.

You’re saying the lifelong republican FBI director appointed by trump and the AG are involved in a conspiracy with the president to protect his wasteoid son…….and risking their careers and jail time to do so. Makes perfect sense.

I didn't realize the director was the only person in the FBI.

To be clear, this is what the FBI informant said that Zlockevsky said in the one meeting they had or the two phone calls they had. And the informant was “not able to provide any further opinion as the veracity” of the claims provided.

Hunter was using his name to get paid. I don’t doubt one bit he sold his ability to influence his father to to so.

Just like you saying the life long gay Democrat investigator…..lied about being told to call off the investigation.🤔

Only the ones who lie are Republicans or Democrats who provide evidence to Republicans.

The laugh here is that this specific argument has absolutely nothing to do with Trump, but you cannot separate your PTSD from the subject of this debate.

No Russian collusion.
No…the laptop is real….not Russian collusion.
No the wet market wasn’t where the COVID virus start.

But let’s believe the Democrats now! 😉

NOW THEY ARE TELLING THE TRUTH!!! NOW!

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Just pointing out that Biden has not reacted in any way whatsoever like trump has when it comes to investigations of himself or of his political enemies. Whose behavior is more suspect?

Didn’t fire the trump appointed Hunter prosecutor. Didn’t fire or interfere with Durham in any way. Can you say trump would have done the same thing with a straight face?

RRR. All the time. Just playing the hits.

Which president called for the “termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution”?

Can you bring yourself to agree or disagree?

Because Biden knows there are plenty of people out there that will cover for him. He's part of the problem. Trump OTOH is an outsider and had little to no help.

Well I don't agree with what he said, but I also don't think you understand the context in which he was making the statement.

My opinion is leave Joe Biden alone until after the election. He is by far the weakest candidate the Dems could offer up.

The only way he wins the next election is possibly against Trump. But even that would take an average turnout or above. Which lis likely given the Trump hate out there.

He loses to all other Rs handily, regardless of turnout imo.

But no doubt the Republicans being the rubes they are, will mess this up through a Biden impeachment or electing Trump as their nominee. They will find some way to screw up winning. It's what they often do.

What many Republicans can't get their arms around is that most Democrats aren't overly loyal to Joe Bidan the way many Republicans are to Trump. Sorry, but I don't have a Joe Biden flag, tee shirt or hat. Not sure I've seen to many before, during or since the election, yet he got over 80 million votes.

If it can be shown he did something wrong, get him out of there and run someone else who has ideas and policies that line up with the Democratic platform. Personally, I'd like to someone else run because of his age if nothing else.

So, you may think your sticking it to the "liberals" when your trashing Biden but you're really not because democrats are focused on ideas not the figure heads. You may not agree with the ideas but I hope you can see the difference.

One may not like the Dem policy, but they are to be admired as how they stick together, party first.

There has always been no question they back JB not out of loyalty, but because they are party first. We see that here almost everyday.

To be clear people Trash Biden for 2 reasons....
1. His ideas, Dem ideas, are not good for America.

2. He is the most corrupt President in history.

I care way more about #1. Way more, it's not close.

Interesting, how so? I never thought that.

I do understand the party first - corals the media so they don't go after him .
A corrupt person with a pen growing his wealth is never good for the country. A corrupt person is always willing to sell out to another's wants or desires. A corrupt person by nature always wants more power and control...even to the point of using taxpayer funded departments as a political tool to attack the other side. The media which we know are heavily dem occupied cover for the corruption and no doubt get rewarded in some fashion. A corrupt person will lie and continue policies that are known to be harmful to the USA's strength and sell out the country. Biden is corrupt and harmful to the USA on so many fronts and is in bed with all the looneys on the left that also hate the country. There are countless examples of bad ideas and corruption where he is being protected and covered all the while destroying the fabric that made this country. All the money printed what happens in teh future? All the illegals what happens in the future? How does the current population compare knowing the USA has NOT sustained a 2.1 birth rate needed to stand pat on the population in line with the population years ago and today? Perhaps there are many more illegals than the popular numbers thrown out? Perhaps many more...

Below is just a quick take on the priorities of one of the largest presidential screw-ups ever...the disaster of the Afghanistan pull out located inside that tome of disasters.

Outrage Ensues After Family of Marine Killed in Afghanistan Withdrawal Forced to Pay to Transport Her Body

With all that’s happened, much of it negative, during the Biden administration, it’s easy to forget just how bad the withdrawal from Afghanistan was. With time, things fade, but the disaster that unfolded remains one of the lowest points in American history. That it was completely preventable, caused by one arrogant, egotistical man only makes the situation more tragic.

As American troops oversaw the emergency evacuation of remaining US personnel, which was only necessary because of the total collapse of the Afghan military, suicide bombers targeted one of the entry gates to Kabul’s main airport. The results were horrific, with hundreds dying, including 13 American servicemembers.

One of the deceased was Sgt. Nicole L. Gee of the US Marine Corps. She had famously been photographed rescuing a young infant in the preceding days before the deadly attack that took her life. Unfortunately, her own government abandoned her after her passing.

According to a new report, sourced by US Army veteran and current Rep. Cory Mills, Gee’s family was forced to pay $60,000 to transport her body to Arlington National Cemetary after ceremonies were held in her hometown of Roseville, CA.

Rep. Cory Mills, R-Fla., who is an Army veteran, told Fox News Digital that during a meeting with the families of the “Fallen 13” last week, he was “enraged to learn that the Department of Defense had placed a heavy financial burden” on the family of Marine Corps Sgt. Nicole L. Gee, who were forced to find funding in the thousands to move her body to its final resting place after her 2021 death in Afghanistan.
(…)
Gee’s remains were initially flown to her hometown of Roseville, California, for a ceremony, but the responsibility for transporting Gee to her final resting place at Arlington National Cemetery would fall on the family. Honoring Our Fallen, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting the families of fallen American service members, stepped up to help the family move Gee via private jet to Virginia.

The military covered the cost to bring Gee’s body to California for her funeral, but that was all the government was required to pay because of a more recent provision within the National Defense Authorization Act allowing the DoD to deny paying further transportation costs. That left Gee’s family scrambling to find money to get their loved one to her final resting place in Arlington National Cemetary.

To be clear, I understand that the military can’t pay to cover the costs of burials for all servicemembers. If someone is retired and ultimately dies of old age or some other cause, that’s a different situation. Gee was killed in action, though. The idea that the military wouldn’t ensure her body was brought to Arlington is inexplicable.

Meanwhile, the military is more than happy to pay for transgender surgeries and ongoing “gender-affirming care” that costs well into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. The military is also happy to pay for servicemembers to obtain out-of-state abortions. But if you die on the battlefield and your family wants to hold a hometown funeral first, then you are out of luck.

In the United States of America, Gee’s family had to crowdsource $60,000 to get her to the cemetery, but Hunter Biden flies for free on Air Force One multiple times a month. If that’s not a screwed-up dynamic, I don’t know what is.

Military cargo planes are constantly carrying out training missions because their pilots are required to fly a certain amount of hours for currency. Are we really to believe that no branch of services could arrange to pick up Gee’s body as part of an already planned flight? This is embarrassing for our nation. Taxpayers are forced to pay for mentally ill men to have their genitals mutilated while real heroes are abandoned and forgotten. What kind of country does that?

Let me add a perspective to this from the book called Flyboys from the same author and follow up on Flags Of Our Fathers. George H W Bush was shot down and rescued by a submarine after floating for hours in the ocean. Chici Jimi was a critical island that the USA needed control for refueling since many planes couldn't make the trip past Chichi Jima to Iwo Jima and back.

Bush was one of the pilots for those very dangerous missions. On top of a cliff was a Japanese soldier watching Bush...waiting for him to drift ashore where he would be tortured and likely eaten by some Japanese that thought eating of the enemy made them stronger and something that took place on other soldiers. There on the cliff the soldier made a comment to the other solder that their lives were not worth 1 cent and yet a submarine cared for one soldier. It was then that one said to the other that Japan would not win the war since their lives were so worthless.

Years later president Bush actually met the Japanese soldier that said such. The author is by no means a hawk, but in both books he follows the life of those that raised the second flag on Mount Suribachi (Flags of Our Fathers) and downed pilots on Chichi Jima (Flyboys). Contrast the people in the military then with those now...

Demography Destiny, for Us and China

Population matters, but continuity of character matters more. Without that, a nation ceases to be.

One way to win a war is to let your opponent commit suicide.

Americans have a habit of thinking about China in this light.

For the longest time, the intelligentsia in our country assumed Beijing’s Communist system would collapse on its own, just as the Soviet Union’s did.

Of course, the West had a policy of containment toward the USSR — in contrast to a policy of encouraging China’s integration into global institutions like the World Trade Organization in the 1990s and 2000s.

But if relying on globalization to turn China into a democracy was a failure, today optimists see another way to get Beijing to defeat itself.

The strategy depends on demographics.

Chinese birth rates, like those in most of the industrialized world, have plummeted.

India surpasses China as the world’s most populous country this year, according to United Nations estimates.

Each has more than 1.4 billion people, but India is still growing, while China’s population, as of last year, is shrinking.

China’s own National Bureau of Statistics says that the fertility rate — births per woman — is only 1.0 to 1.1, far below the replacement level of 2.1.

And China’s population is aging: The country’s National Health Commission projects that by 2035, it will have more than 400 million people over the age of 60.

The ratio of retirees to workers will rise with no end in sight.

Some of China’s neighbors are in worse shape, to be sure.

Taiwan had a total fertility of just 0.87 children per woman in 2022, one of the lowest levels in world history.

The U.S., on the other hand, has a total fertility rate of 1.66, according to Congressional Budget Office estimates, and that will increase to 1.75 by 2030, as more older women give birth.

But what really gives America a demographic edge, say the optimists, is immigration.

Despite fertility levels below replacement, the U.S. population grows every year thanks to immigration and "some" is legal. ;)

Can an aging, shrinking and, of course, unfree China compete with a younger, growing and free America?

Asking that question, many liberal pundits and policy wonks feel as cocksure as they felt in 1999.

But they were wrong then.

Globalization only made China stronger, and it fractured America’s social compact, leading to the intense polarization of our politics today.

The highly educated winners of globalization are on one side; abandoned Americans turned to populism, nationalism and Donald Trump.

Overconfidence in immigration-driven demographics will lead to similar upheavals.

The proportion of foreign-born persons in the United States today, some 13.7%, is about as high as it was at the peak of the last great wave of immigration in the early 20th century.

Back then, pressure on immigrants to assimilate was enormous
— and even so, immigration was political dynamite, with voters ultimately so concerned that they elected Republicans who restricted immigration for 40 years, a pause in which assimilation could take root.

Today, however, multiculturalism, rather than assimilation, is the official ideology of at least one of our political parties and almost all our elite institutions.

Public schools, which enforced assimilation a century ago, now teach students to celebrate every kind of identity except the traditional American one.

Another difference is that 21st-century immigration is global: China and India are in fact two of the leading sources of legal and illegal immigration to the U.S. today.

There were intense conflicts between Protestants and Catholics, Christians and Jews, in the earlier era, but these groups also had a common religious heritage.

That’s less true of immigration today, and it’s one of the factors driving the change in America’s spiritual demographics, from a country with a huge Christian supermajority and broadly Christian culture to one with a dwindling 63% Christian majority and no common religious foundation.

The significance of the greater cultural and ethnic diversity of immigration today, at a time when our institutions reject assimilation to the historic American character, is that it undermines every sense of what it means to be a single people.

In an age when public trust in government is already strained to the breaking point, and each party hardly accepts the democratic legitimacy of the other, calling the cohesion of the people into question is not only reckless; it’s potentially suicidal.

That’s what Beijing is counting on.

In 2050, China will be grayer.

But old men don’t start revolutions, and their dependence on the state is all the greater.

America’s wealthy whites will be old, too, and younger, poorer Americans, taught to question the nation’s past, may well wonder why they should sweat to pay for the former majority’s retirement — or for its pledges to Europe and East Asia.

Population matters, but continuity of character matters more. Without that, a nation ceases to be.

Then it shouldn’t be hard to list all the crimes he’s been convicted of.

Acquitted of?
Indicted for?
C'mon Bob, Joe's been a 2 bit hustler in DC for 50 years. His family business is using his position to sell influence, Most politicians do that to some extent, but Joe's turned this into a multimillion dollar family business.

Biden had been doing this on a smaller scale for years and he's fortunate that no one took him too seriously. Since he became VP, he's become greedy and the stakes for his favors have gone up dramatically.

Bob, if you've been paying any attention, you'd realize that Congress has gotten the Biden's Bank records and they found that the Biden Crime Family has over 20 shell corporations that Millions of dollars from Ukraine, Romania, Russia and China have been laundered through. A lot of that has been confirmed by Hunter's Laptop (Weren't we told by 51 prominent Intel Agents, including several Directors that the Laptop was Russian Disinformation?), Bank records, IRS & FBI whistle blowers and several of Hunter's business associates, who have implicated Joe.

The Dem machine has been protecting Joe, since he's been a useful idiot for them. He's done what he's been told, but with his mental decline and mounting evidence of corruption, Biden may soon be swirling the drain. We may see Biden strike a deal with the DoJ, where he can step down for health reasons, if they don't prosecute.

There is no way Kamala will be the nominee for 2024, so I expect the Dems to bring in Gavin Newsome as their savior, which would be great. I hope he runs on his record of how well he did as the Mayor of San Francisco and the Governor of CA. I've never understood how the citizens of California made him the Governor AFTER he destroyed the once beautiful City of San Francisco. He then folowed that up by trying to destroy CA. Amazing!

BTW, Bob, if you're not aware of all the things I've enumerated, it's probably because the MSM has been remarkably silent about any of this corruption. Of course, they also believe our Southern Border is still secure. They give you nothing but news you can trust...

Yeah, but...they are going to get 87,000 IRS people and get them the guns to enforce what they need...other than the 30 million IRS records that were destroyed a couple of days ago. Other than "specific accidents", I imagine most fall under a certain criteria that were unlikely to be audited...

What about Moochelle to extend O'bummer's fundamental change of the country

Do you have a question?
Apparently, we dodged a bullet, when that Partisan Hack was NOT nominated for the Supreme Court. 4 years of Garland as AG is too much. Giving him a lifetime appointment to the SC to legislate from the bench would be untenable.

Bob, I know you have a serious case of TDS, but surely you can see the difference between the way Trumps has been hounded for 7 years with NONE of the charges being valid, while Biden has been leaving a slime trail for 50 years and you have mountains of evidence and nothing happens. Two tier legal system, perhaps?

2 pts to think about:
1) HRC, J. Biden and Trump all had classified material at their homes. 2 of the three had accumulated that classified material without having been President, yet the only one, who had been President and had the ability to declassify documents, was the one, who got indicted.

2) When Hunter's Plea deal blew up today, it means he's going to trial, In discovery, they'll ask questions about where the money came from regarding Hunter's two charges of tax evasion. That will put Joe under the microscope. How ugly will it have to get, before the MSM turns on Joe, when they determine that he's indefensible?

Just pointing out that Biden has not reacted in any way whatsoever like trump has when it comes to investigations of himself or of his political enemies. Whose behavior is more suspect?

Didn’t fire the trump appointed Hunter prosecutor. Didn’t fire or interfere with Durham in any way. Can you say trump would have done the same thing with a straight face?

RRR. All the time. Just playing the hits.

Which president called for the “termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution”?

Can you bring yourself to agree or disagree?
You’re saying the lifelong republican FBI director appointed by trump and the AG are involved in a conspiracy with the president to protect his wasteoid son…….and risking their careers and jail time to do so.
Of course Biden hasn't reacted. He doesn't know who or where he is most of the time. He has changed one thing though, as the evidence piles up. He no longer says that he's never talked with Hunter about his business dealings. Now he's saying that he's never been in business with Hunter, which will also prove to be a lie.

I've never heard anyone say that line about "termination" and I try to pay attention to what's going on. I'm assuming that you must believe Trump said it, since you obsess about Trump 24/7

Jeff Sessions was a lifelong Rep and he wasn't effective as AG. Trump needed a strong AG and Sessions was decidedly weak. That appointment hurt Trump more than any other. Had Trump had a strong AG, he might have been able to do some house cleaning and get rid of some of the partisan hacks, who were subverting him.

The FBI Director works for the AG and Garland is hyper-partisan. When he declared that Parents at a School Board meeting were Domestic Terrorists, it indicates we have a problem with the AG.

Since you just showed up, unfortunately, you have no freakin idea about how much I’ve been following this. Please refrain from telling me what I do or don’t know on the subject unless you’ve read my posts.

All you have to do is turn on Fox to get your info. While the liberal media coverage is very lax, Fox is Hunter Hunter Hunter 24/7.

He didn’t classify anything by thinking about it. He didn’t have the legal right to retain the documents. It’s against the law to obstruct any investigation. He stored the materials in his office, the ballroom, and a bathroom. The right to declassify doesn’t mean squat but that’s all he can say……so you simply repeat it.

Biden is still being investigated for his files. Why don’t you wait to see what is found? I guess it won’t matter, you’ll just deep state or something.

That partisan hack has left trump prosecutors alone. He has gone out of his way to play it down the middle. What EVIDENCE do you have?
