ROSS-ADE RENOVATION

- Original cost of Ross-Ade renovation was $30 million; refined cost estimates, supply issues, etc., caused increase ... not a happy surprise
- Probably won't cost that much; worst-case scenario
- Will start work at end of 2022 season; done for 2023 ... ambitious timeline
- South end zone will have a seating structure that will go in and around the scoreboard, as well as permanent seating in lower part. Connection between East and West stands; terraced seating in corners like at MLS stadiums with fold-down seat, safe standing. Want a raucous environment in south end zone
- will see renderings by early summer
- begin planning for phase two once phase one is done and know scope, cost, etc.; JPC ready to raise money; 3-5 years from now it could start
- think we will add 3-4 thousand seat net gain once south end zone is done and tunnel built (which will take away some seats)
- will consider having all students in south end zone, wraping out each side; wanna talk to them; students will stay at 12,000; want them in stadium
- plans for inner tunnel meeting place TBD; team could just use Kozuch locker room for games instead of having meeting room inside tunnel

BROHM EXTENSION

- easy conversation; reached agreement easily; Mitch Daniels was supportive.
- Jeff's agent approached us
- building depth on team; more talent than five years ago by a long shot
- want Jeff to know we appreciate the work he is doing
- assistant salary pool going up $250K a year over a three-year period ... it's 4.3 mil now and goes up to 5.1 over a period of years
- buyout remains the same: $1 million
- in short run, his compensation will continue to progress how we had agreed to thru end of this deal; think we are in a pretty good place; we have budget realities
- two retention bonuses: $500K in 2024 and $1 million in 2026
- deal adds two years, thru 2027. was set to end in 2025

MACKEY ARENA

- 12 years since any work done on Mackey locker rooms
- it is time to update and progress; better use the space; more technology
- work on lower-level seating has started inside Mackey
- new assistants took less when hired during COVID; not talked to Painter about raising salaries
