1) 24 games = 19.2 points per game
2) ILL, MSU, Minnesota outstanding stretch last year 35.6 points per game.
3) other 21 games = 16.9 points per game.
I am not a Bears fan, and my only vendetta against Shoop is production related.
If production warrants it....I will be first in line to praise Shoop. As Tiller used to say when deciding playing time...."if you lose sight of production...you get confused".
In fairness to Shoop year 3 is more relevant in judging an OC....than year one or two.
Here's hoping that I go from Shoop critic to Shoop fan this year. Production will determine that.
