notably GillisBoilers' 3-pt shooting has gone South this tournament so far.....part of that is good defense, but they'll have to start hitting some soon.
believe it was a crappy pass by TKRMorton is such trash. Wide open 3 but runs away from it and now its a turnover
Yes cuz morton was wide open at the 3 pt line and then took off so he wouldnt have to shootbelieve it was a crappy pass by TKR
0 fast break points in 3 halves. 6-24 from 3
the brillo pad likes using his off hand for sureHepburn is so mid
You don't watch games objectively. You watch tiny segments and project it to the entire season. And then when your projections don't pan out you disappear.Someone called me an IU idiot for being concerned with this teams shooting and looking like last year.
We had 5 made 3s yesterday and are currently 1 for 8 today.
I must be a not real fan for being able to watch games objectively and be worried about what I see
o k , say he caught it would do you think he was going to do w/ it anywayYes cuz morton was wide open at the 3 pt line and then took off so he wouldnt have to shoot
Loyer “sold” the charge but Hepburn with the “crafty“ hook. The subtle………differences our certain type of players are judged is so obvious.
Lance has kind of faded the last 10 mins0 fast break points again I believe. This is literally the same team and style as last year. Idk why painter is doing this yet again.
TKR is so much better as the center when edey is not in the game as he has more room to work. He should be the backup 5 and not playing alongside him. But again thats common sense and painter seems to hate it
To be fair Colvin wasn’t exactly scorching the nets. Neither of his shots even looked particularly good.Purdue not shooting well from 3, Painter reverts to the wrong guy in Morton
Colvin should have gotten run again. Give some confidence to Cam and Colvin to keep shooting.
We already know Morton won’t score
Announcers are horribleSelling it??? C'mon Raf.....sheesh.
To be fair the analysts read everything off of a sheet of paper CBS gives them.Loyer “sold” the charge but Hepburn with the “crafty“ hook. The subtle………differences our certain type of players are judged is so obvious.
Those 5 threes yesterday were good for 35%. I understand the concern, especially early in the game yesterday, but that's a decent shooting percentage.Someone called me an IU idiot for being concerned with this teams shooting and looking like last year.

Yeah the hate on our backcourt the last two years, despite Smiths big leap this year and Loyer being slightly Improved. The lack of “athleticism” etc. all comes back to the non basketball qualities of our back court. I feel like it’s obvious.Fletch Loyer relying on inertia and gravity to "sell" that.
agree, said before the game they don't shoot as bad from 3 as they had the 2 previous timesSecond foul on Smith was such a joke. Boilers probably fortunate to be tied up 36-36.
These ****ing refs are bordering on blatant
Jones faded the last 10 mins tooYeah the hate on our backcourt the last two years, despite Smiths big leap this year and Loyer being slightly Improved. The lack of “athleticism” etc. all comes back to the non basketball qualities of our back court. I feel like it’s obvious.
Matt apparently doesn’t know why he does things. You can read it in a few postsYou don't watch games objectively. You watch tiny segments and project it to the entire season. And then when your projections don't pan out you disappear.
kind of like playing w/ house moneyWith the way Paint is using the bench, I’m not sure he is too concerned about losing. Anyone else see this?
Hard to tell with Edey out as much as he was. But it would be a good time to test out non Edey lineupsWith the way Paint is using the bench, I’m not sure he is too concerned about losing. Anyone else see this?
He may be hopeful fatigue sets in Wisconsin the last few minutesWith the way Paint is using the bench, I’m not sure he is too concerned about losing. Anyone else see this?
