What? A kid starts hitting 3-pts, with hands in his face, and you think Painter can't coach? Are you really watching the same game as I am? WTF?
Let's hope the law of averages catches up with them in the second half. If they stay this hot, we won't catch them. Tough loss, but the world won't end for us.
their gameplan is working perfectly. i saw a bunch of layups and rhythm threes for them and a jumbled mess on both ends from us. but whatever, pretend its just luck.
Let's hope so but no the world won't end if we lose nor will he regular season title hopes. Just means we need to pull our head out of our asses and play like we know we can play and not this lazy stuff that has gone on the last two games now.
While Purdue did not play well defensive they were not as bad as Michigan was good. Expect regression to the mean. If it doesn't happen there is no beating them today. It would help though if the guys start playing the pick and roll with a consistent and logical strategy. On three occasions we either doubled the ball and left the roll wide open or doubled the roller and left ball wide open. That is not being focused. Let's see if they fix it.
I agree with Dakich about having Purdue apply some pressure....too easy right now for the Wolverines.

Quite frankly I expected it too anyway. Seems to happen whether we win or lose.
Yep. It happens and UM has done this a few times this year at home to good teams
