That's awesome. This team loves each other. That's obvious.
Our team plays well by getting the ball into Haas. We build good leads and then we start shooting well from the outside where we have a lot of open looks. What was great about this game is that when Maryland came back we went back to getting the ball inside to Haas. Maryland then started double and triple teaming Haas. Haas hit Vince for the easy jumper, but also rifled the ball back outside where the ball went around the perimeter for open shots or drives to the basket. We played a smarter game against a good team at a tough place to win.
As a Dc area alum , Iwas hoping to hit the College Park hangouts with myTerp buds last nite— stuck in the damn hospital instead!
Ewing was either jarring with a Maryland player or a fan during the timeout. Kid may not be gettig the minutes he thought he would...but it is apparent he is a great teammate.
Winning is fun but also this video shows what even us fans overlook a lot, sports are supposed to be fun - it’s not life and death. Boiler Up!

Thanks— I’ve been laid up here most of November , but between the Bucket coming home, the bowl bid, and the hoops success, the Boilermakers are helping me get back on the map!
