and Hazell and his anemic expertise are coming back with new coordinators if they can find any willing to work with Hazell.. With both Burke and Hazell still together, what will it take any of you to be happy enough to say the right decision was made. Personally, in year four, no less than seven wins is acceptable in my opinion. Any less, and at the time we know that can't be reached, both should be fired.

Why this was not done last year is a complete mystery to me. Even Hope, labeled as a complete dolt, shuffled staff after one year and 5 Ws. (Makes me think of Anchorman, "Even the guy who cant think says something!")When he needed to shuffle staff to save his job after year 3 we got Tim Tibesar of CFL fame for the lame duck season. Imagine the bounty they will bring in this time.

6 wins + bowl. I'm hopelessly optimistic but if you look at our schedule plus who we have coming back, I think two solid coordinators could get us there. These two hires will decide if Hazell is employed a year from now.
