Boilers going to have their hands full if NW keeps up this shooting. And Jones gets another questionable foul.....he has two now.....yikes.
They are quick and can shoot and pass. This is the type of team we struggle defending the most. The fact that they have interchangeable players helps them absorb fouls on defense.
Don't think you can sit Edey or Smith much tonight if you can help it. Team clearly better on offense.
So far…..
At least two terrible calls
1) that was the definition of hook and hold
2) the ball was not off lance
One questionable:
1) charge on jones could have gone either way. Robbie who tries against being a Purdue homer said the rules call it block
2 ticky tack fouls that have lead to jones and fletch both having two
2 fouls on Nicholson that they gave to someone else
Northwestern can’t miss
It’s honestly a miracle we’re tied.

Saw a metric that Purdue is 20 plus points better per 40 minutes with Braden on the floor than without!
