Now that the stats have been posted for the 2014-15 season, it's interesting to take a look at the five players who carried over from the 2013-14 season and see how their stats compare year over year.
Highlights included:
- Hammons - FG% went up, rebounds went down, scoring went up, minutes went down slightly
- Davis - FG% went up, rebounds went up but not as much based on his increase in minutes, scoring went up roughly proportional to the increase in minutes
- Stephens - FG% about the same, 3PT% improved, rebounds improved, A:TO ratio improved
- Scott - Minutes were about 2/3 of prior year. FG% improved, 3PT% way down, rebounds down
- Smotherman - Minutes were about 2/3 of prior year. FG% down, 3PT% way up (but still low), rebounds down

What was really surprising about all of the players outside of Smotherman is that their FT% was down this year, sometimes significantly as in Stephens case. Smotherman's was just slightly improved. This is an area which needs to be, and should have the ability to correct for next year.
