For the record I am doing this for my own sanity and therapy!
I have always been one to give Painter the benefit of the doubt as he is a fellow Boiler, Keady protege', and seemingly a likeable honest guy. I am at a crossroad now I feel.
So we could debate and argue back and forth all day long about the current state of our bball program, but the fact of the matter is no one is happy with where this group is right now. Thus the question, is it talent or coaching?
Bottom line to me is that Painter is in charge of the talent assessment, recruitment, and devlopment of players. He is ultimately responsible. NOW, how long does he have to fix it? He isn't going anywhere this year as his buyout is too big...I would say next year may be his last.
