I'm not talking the players. I'm talking about the 8 year old fans the TV spotlighted during breaks. Looked to me like they were having a ball. I loved it. I'd like to know who they are, their backstories.

I know that I saw Coach Johnson's twin boys a couple of times and believe those were the TV shots you are referring to. I don't know about the others with them.
They were so enthusiastic and fun; here's hoping there can be some space carved out for them at Mackey -- Junior Paint Crew!
