No offense to Brohm, but don't think he was Purdue's #1 choice either.
He was definitely on the short list, and everyone on that list was neck-and-neck. Miles didnt make it past his interview, and Fleck wouldnt shit or get off the pot, and both he and Purdue soured on each other. Who knows who was contacted first between the three, but it speaks volumes that Brohm was targeted early, maintained interest, named his price, and MBob closed. Sounds like the right guy to me. Time will tell if he is or isnt.
