Everywhere I have been reading has Purdue in the top 4 in our conference. That consists of Michigan state, Wisconsin, and Indiana also. I personally feel this basketball ball team will surprise a lot of people's expectations. This team has a very good chance to win and will win the conference title and do it outright.
I've always liked watching the big ten tourney but have never really put too much stock into it. Though, it is looking more and more like it matters according to NCAA tournament board. Watching us lose to Michigan state in the final game hurt but Purdue has shown that they can compete to win it and they are only getting better.
I think purdue is definitely going to get out of the first round next year. With the players having those memories from last year burning in their minds they definitely won't let that happen again. Though, I do not think we are not going to win the national title I do not think it is not possible. I'm pretty excited for the season to start and to see how our players have improved.
