He fits here, for sure. Issue is, he generally does well the first 2-3 years someplace else with somebody else's talent. Then, he gets his guys and is a 5-6-7 win type guy.

I like him but he's not a long term, sustained success guy anywhere. Washington St. was probably the best fit for his brand and recruiting profile long term.

Agreed - if you know his background he’s a bit of a drifter - from Key West FL!
