Yeahhhh. I was hoping we’d get at least a few years before shrews made some noise, but he’s gonna be our top contender for kids in indiana. I wish we could have somehow kept him on the coaching staff…but he’s too good of a coach to be an assistant though haha.

Seems like Painter would like to space it so that he brings in a capable point guard every two years with Smith in 22, Harris or Perry in 24, and now Sanderson and Kinney getting early offers in 26.

That is true and the only game in the last two years Purdue never gave away. IU beat Purdue at Mackey and JHS scored very well. That said, if TJD is not on the court Zach probably fills up the space for his little push shot in the lane...or if Purdue doesn't trail on the off ball screens as they do and slides under JHS might still have got in the lane to use his height, but it wouldn't have been easy. Yes, THS was in a magic moment that game no doubt
