Hunter took over his starting spot? Season started with Nojel, Carsen, Kline, and ended up with Hunter taking Nojel's minutes because his D was good and he was a threat on offense. What has happened to him from that point or I am not correct? It is concerning that guys like Hunter, Nojel, Wheeler, Newman, etc. seem to start out strong with all kinds of accolades about their future potential and we don't seem to be able to get it our of them. I would further say that all seem to regress with hopefully the jury still out on Newman.

I was surprised to hear the announcers quote Matt Painter as saying that Ethan Morton has the potential to become the next great Purdue defender, in the tradition of Chris Kramer, Rapheal Davis and Dakota Matthias.

If ever there was a schedule to back up a 9 win season! There are a lot of potential Ws on this 12 game slate. Knowing PU, there could be a lot of disappointing Ls here too. But let’s dream a little since our QB is coming back and we’re fresh off a big win over an SEC team.

Penn Sta(at home). It will be tough, but we certainly can win this one. It might be the best time to play one of the toughest teams on the schedule.

At Maryland. This will be harder than most think. But we’ll beat them.

Sasha = 60 assists
Trevion = 45
Ivey = 45
Morton = 36

IT = 20
Hunter = 25
for a point (pun intended) of reference Edey has 19 assists in 15 games just 1 less than Thompson

Purdue usually wins.
