Joe should be arrested when leaving office for treason, tried and convicted, and put away for whatever short life he has left.

Purdue offers a rising 2025 guard Meredith Tippner. She is a three-time state champ (once in basketball, once in soccer) and is one of the top players in the state at Noblesville.

Some notes on here from The Prime Event a few weeks ago that I wrote:

“She has been one of the most productive players in the state during her high school career, averaging 16.3 points, 9.8 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 3.3 steals per game as a junior last season.

Tippner also stars for Indiana Elite alongside 2025 Purdue commit Avery Gordon on the Adidas AAU circuit. In a double overtime loss on Saturday, Tippner finished with a line of 12 points, five rebounds, and two assists, but dealt with foul trouble. It was a tick below her 19.7 points per game average during Session I of the 3SSB season, which was third in the nation.

The question with Tippner will be her perimeter shooting and how much she can continue to improve those skills. At 5-foot-10, her size suggests being better suited for an off-ball role, but how she could fit into a college system remains to be seen.

Tippner has a high motor and is the type of person you want in your program, which shows on the court. As a defender, she can make it a tough day at the office for just about anyone.“

Should Olympics have allowed Imane Khelif in as a boxer?

She apparently is a female boxer (with a Cervix) but also has a Y chromosome giving her an advantage in testosterone and punching power.

At the 23 World championship this was unfair to the officials there and disqualified her.

To me it's a safety issue....as I have two daughters. And why I am also against transgender men competing as a woman. Thus, I would side with the officials @ the World Championships. The Olympic officials say whatever is on an athlete's passport. It's more complicated than that.

Btw....still not watching Olympics, but saw the story in the news.

Minnesota has plenty of B1G players. Just the ones I know for sure: TSJ, Eastern, Joe Wieskamp, Gabe Kalscheur, and Tyler Wahl.

I saw that the lead article on the front page talking about and making the case for TKR for being our leading scorer. I thought that this was an interesting topic. Who will be our leading scorer this year?

This team doesn’t really have a clear obvious choice this year like we have had for a few years. I think team will be balanced.

It will be if interesting to see if a veteran player wins that title or if a younger player like Heide or Colvin has developed to win it. Can a freshman come out of the blue and surprise?

These days it seems like it is almost a requirement to have a punter from Australia when you're in the Big Ten. In the last five years or so there has been a run on athletes from Australia who have grown up playing Aussie Rules Football. They come to the U.S. to punt and a handful have even made it to the NFL.

Purdue is the second stop for Crimmins in the U.S. He made 49 punts last season as the punter at Mississippi State, averaging 40.9 yards per punt. That was slightly better than Purdue previous Australian punter in Jack Ansell, who had the job the last three seasons.

The job is probably Crimmins' to lose with only one other punter on the roster.

Great interviews with both on the main page. First interview I've seen with Reagan Bass. She comes across very confident and mature. I'm excited to see what she can do. Both ladies are going to have to put points on the board for the team to be successful. Reagan is going to have to be a big time rebounder too.

Mike Carmin's new article is a little worrisome. Jordyn Poole has some kind of foot injury and is wearing a boot. She is not expected to play on the Spain & Portugal trip. Both Reynolds sisters are also battling various nagging injuries. Hope they all get healed up quickly. Going to need everyone healthy.

Carmin's guess at a starting five for the trip is: Amiyah Reynolds, Sophie Swanson, Rashunda Jones, Reagan Bass and Alaina Harper.

Would be cool if the games are shown online somewhere but I'm guessing probably not.
