Purdue +2 tonight

Didn’t see that coming, usually I’m real close predicting lines, told my friend Purdue would be 2-3 point favorites, going to be a tough one, Vegas is daring you to bet Purdue, don’t like that at all.

I could see that. PSU can play out of their minds and beat Purdue. My Dad has watched them and says at times they play very well.

I can also see CMP drilling into those guys to get ready, road game hostile environment. Our big 3 could respond and have a nice win. Hope the other guys come to play also.

Wonder which way it will go?

What about Chuck?

Chuck Martin, Miami (Ohio)

Miami (Ohio) coach Chuck Martin walks on the field during warmups prior to his team's game against Miami (Fla.) at Hard Rock Stadium.'s game against Miami (Fla.) at Hard Rock Stadium.

Maybe the 64-66 record isn't impressive, but Martin has taken the Redhawks to five bowl games and has recruited Indiana well. Prior to making the jump to FBS, Martin succeeded Brian Kelly at Division II Grand Valley State, where he went 74-7 in six seasons and made three appearances in the NCAA Division II national championship game, winning twice. That earned him a job on Kelly's staff at Notre Dame, where he eventually became offensive coordinator before taking the Miami job in 2014.

If you can go 74 and 7 at GVS which is a bonified football powerhouse, and five bowl games at Miami of Ohio, along with knowing the recruits in the Midwest, he might be a solid choice. And he's' only making 600K at Miami.

Bo says he'll name the next coach in the next ten days.

I’d rather have Brent Vigen.

Down goes #1 KU and #2 Auburn

Actually 1,2,5,15,18, and 20 rankings mean nothing once you step on the court. Watch out for Maryland IMO we are fortunate to play them at home. Win our two games and come Monday we will be top 3. IMO Auburn is still the top team no shame losing at Duke.
It does point out that particularly in an era where whole rosters turn over each season, it’s tough to tell who is actually good in November and early December. I think this Purdue team is good but we’ll know a lot more after the next four games.

Well, Dillon is gone…

I believe most of the names that enter the Portal from Purdue are, at this time, keeping their options open until Purdue announces the Head Coach plus his OC and DC!
These young men are taking a very logical and wise approach to the situation in which they find themselves. I completely understand and remain hopeful that Purdue will reciprocate and make a very logical and wise (and inspired!) choice for a new coach.

NIL lawsuit - is it time to end restrictions on number of years of eligibility?

I’m not saying unlimited eligibility is a good thing, but the lawsuit that caused NIL and player pay opened a can of lawsuit worms that can easily happen. The pro leagues have much better structure and rules than the ncaa, which in my view is collapsing.
Only because the Players UNIONS still have quite a say on what happens at the professional level.

He is back before it is official!

Perhaps he picked and chose the tariffs that he thought worked. Got rid of the ones he thought didn’t work. Tariffs sound good on paper but aren’t the best option.
How did that turn out for him lol
Unlike Biden Trump knows what the fk he is doing.
Sanctions on Iranian oil, no war in Israel or Ukraine.
Tariffs on selective goods from Countries rapeing the US. Low inflation and a booming economy.

I saw MD was making a statement the other night. Yes Purdue better bring all they have in the next 2 and focus hard on just beating those two B10 opponents. Forget about TX A&M, Auburn.

Thanks! Which guy was injured for Marquette?

I watched Maui a bit and saw Gilbert was really tough. Lipsey doesn’t seem to be fully recovered from shoulder surgery in the offseason (I think that’s what he had done).

I feel Momcilovic isn’t used enough for ISU…he’d be nice to have on the team next year… 👀

Actually 2....another (Ross) got hurt during game. Zaide Lowery game before

OT!! - IU STINKS!!!!

The Big Ten is not bad at all, 6 teams in the top 25, 11 receiving votes. Big Ten is gaining on the Big 12 for the second best rated conference. ESPN BPI has IU and Northwestern tied at 0.4% chance of winning Conference, with 12 teams having better odds than IU. So NO, IU doesn't have a shot, closer to Not a chance!
This. Big ten has second highest rpi (second to SEC). Significant drop off then to B12 and then ACC. We have all exceeded expectations especially wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois.

Home court. ISU Shot better, more FT.

M led by Jones fought all the way back to take a lead. Then ISU took it inside & home crowd took over.

The Pressure did not effect either team as much as it did Purdue because both used to it & ISU has a great physical guard in Gilbert that just kept getting to the lane. iSU had more foul shots due to getting in the lane. Main difference.

M had an injured player so they were down a guy. Both teams very good.

Wish I could have watched but didn’t need to add another channel for steaming 😂
