You mean to tell me the trump administration lies?

And imagine defending the lies by the president and the campaign.
Yes, in that context it's a lie. There have been times where Fauci has said Trumps actions saved lives. I'm sure using that particular clip was just a cleaner way to create the ad vs what was actually out there. I get what they were trying to do. Poor execution of it though considering this media is ready to pounce on anything.

That is why Pence was tied into knots during that debate with Harris trying to defend this administration. Just because Slick is on the ballot doesn’t mean you have to vote for him. If you don’t like Pence, there is a Libertarian on the ballot or you can write someone in.

I didn't. I could imagine how it's an opinion of his. (Not a lie) Care to stay on topic?

So if you believe in something, it’s not a lie.

the earth flat.
1+1=3
Etc. it’s all not a lie if you believe it.

so what you are saying is Trump has never lied, if he believes what he is saying. That’s some powerful stuff you are smoking Bill Clinton

Let's compare the two situations. Biden (supposedly, I haven't seen anything yet) said that it's unconstitutional to nominate the justice. Who determines constitutionality? The court's "opinion" on their interpretation of the constitution determines constitutionality. Has the high court made a determination on the merits of Joe's opinion? Not that I'm aware. So until evaluated by the SCOTUS, it's just an opinion, like mine, yours, or Joe Biden.

The original post was a display of not just taking words out of context to sound better. It was taken out of context to make a completely different point and to draw a completely different conclusion. It's manipulated (fake) media being produced to manipulate the population.

According to Newsweek, he thinks it’s unconstitutional for Trump to nominate a Supreme Court Justice...I’m pretty sure the case is clear there. If a vacancy exists, the President nominates the Justice. I would love to hear the legal precedence that Joe, who holds a law degree, thinks is unconstitutional. Biden did not raise any concerns when Obama nominated Garland, so if there is, what’s the difference between 2016 and 2020? Oh, the party sitting in the WH, of course.

(Up to interpretation by Joe Biden, even though Obama Administration, which Joe Biden was apart of, followed the same process). Joe better get his law suit filed fast!!! Oh, that’s right, the Democrats have already figured out there is NOTHING they can do. Only Slow Coach Joe hasn’t figured out that the “nomination” is part of the Presidential powers granted by the Constitution...

Under Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, the Supreme Court nomination process starts with the selection of a Supreme Court nominee by President Trump. The President then will officially notify the Senate of the nomination—usually via a written statement. This is related to the Constitution’s “Appointments Clause” in Article II, Section 2, Clause 2, which reads that the President “shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint … Judges of the supreme Court.”

Joe Biden, from his basement, well that’s unconstitutional....what, your telling me I cannot file a lawsuit to stop it...well that’s unconstitutional as well. The guys has been in Washington for 47 yrs and still doesn’t know the Constitution.

O'Biden bragged he finished in the 'top half" of his law school class, so he probably knew something about it a long time ago -- but hasn't needed it since, so he probably has forgotten it all.

most people would consider this a lie by OBiden, but if HE BELIEVES he finished in the upper half, then it’s not a lie.

And imagine defending the lies by the president and the campaign.

SHOCKER -- Every Administration lies. The media tries to paint every Trump exaggeration as some heinous lie, but his "lies" have been relatively harmless compared to the previous Administration.

Do you remember:

-- You can keep your doctor and you can keep your plan.
-- The average family of 4 will save $2500/yr with Obamacare.
-- There was not a scintilla of corruption in the IRS.
-- Al-Qaeda was eliminated, when Bin Laden was eliminated, which led to the next lie.
-- The Benghazi attack was due to a video.
-- Obama said that he knew nothing about HRC's private server, yet there were numerous e-mails on the server from him. Think about that for a minute. He KNOWINGLY allowed his Secretary of State to keep classified material on an unsecure server, yet he allowed a Navy Petty Officer to be jailed for a year for taking a few pictures inside a submarine. The advantage of privilege...

I don't know what you were watching or what you were smoking, while you watched it, but I don't recall one second of that debate, where Pence even seemed mildly nervous, let alone "tied into knots". I did hear a lot of nervous laughter from Harris as she kept backing into indefensible positions trying to explain the Biden agenda. I was especially impressed with her response to whether they favored packing the court. I'm glad that Biden clarified it later by saying that we didn't deserve to know. You just have to love that level of transparency.

Having been a DC politician for 47 years and having been the Chairman of the Judicial Committee for years, indicates that he should know what is Constitutional or not. Based on his experience, he should KNOW that he was lying, when he said that. If he didn't know he was lying, then you can question his mental competence, since he should have known better, than to say that.
Which do you prefer to vote for: a liar or a mental incompetent? I believe you could make a strong case for him having both bases covered.

I believe Joe was standing on his head, when he looked at the class rankings. I think he was a lot closer to being "Mr Irrelevant", than he was to being the Valedictorian in that class.

If he tried that now, it might push his hair plugs further inside - which might actually help him. Couldn't hurt...

I didn’t mean to infer that Pence was nervous. Compared to his jacked up boss, Pence’s performance was actually quite refreshing. That was an old school debate. What I meant was that Pence had to defend all of the lies that President Slick and the White House had been spewing the past 4 years.

Just because CNN & MSNBC rant constantly about Trump's lies, doesn't mean that there is any substance to it. He exaggerates the Hell out of EVERYTHING, but you learn to filter out the bullshit and focus on the substance. Everything is the greatest, best or no one has ever seen anything like it and that annoys the Hell out of me, but I would rather listen to 4 more years of that, than an incompetent, empty suit that will be a pawn for the the Radical Left Wing Socialist elements of the Democrat Party. They will take this country places that will be very hard to return from and none of those places are good.

Harris had a much more difficult time avoiding answering the question about whether they were going to stack the court. She lied about both Biden and her saying that they were going to eliminate Fracking. Harris denied that she and Joe both supported the Green New Deal, despite Harris sponsoring the bill in the Senate.

Pence had a good track record to defend. Harris had to lie like Hell to keep people from knowing how radical her agenda really was.

I swear Liberals have to be the dumbest people on the face of the earth. I don't want to be Trumps friend and he does exaggerate obviously . It is his personality but his policies have substance vs Bidens mush. Best analogy I saw, You don't like broccoli so you will eat dogsh*t if you are a liberal.

Bullsh*t is a very good word to describe this president and the White House staff for that matter. This country cannot afford 4 more years of bullsh*t. Slick is a racist and white supremacist.

Does a confident, well adjusted, decisive leader......or person...... act that way? What does it say about a person when he's ALWAYS telling you how great he is? Should we citizens just learn to "filter out the BS" of the president.........when you don't need to have a degree in psychology to understand why he acts that way.

Even when you guys admit his obvious manifestations of his character flaws you still refuse to realize how they affect his ability to handle the job of the presidency. You simply refuse to see the connection. We all should get better at filtering what he says. Is there an online class for that?

You are incapable of separating what he says and what he does. I'll readily admit that he annoys the Hell out of me, but he has been doing great things for the country, which is my primary concern.
He had the economy humming at a great clip, before the Pandemic, which gave us our lowest unemployment rate in history, which really helped minorities. Real wages grew at historic levels for the low income segment of our economy. He created Opportunity Zones in many inner cities to increase opportunities for Minority business owners and minority employment, yet the Left calls him a racist. If he is one, he's not very good at it...LOL

He's twisted some arms and convinced most of our NATO Allies to finally increase their funding for mutual defense to the tune of about $70 Billion. They had grown comfortable allowing us to pick up the tab in the past, because none of our previous Presidents had the guts to confront them. Trump saw the problem and dealt with it.

Trump brokered a peace treaty between Israel & UAE and Israel & Bahrain, and was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize twice. Obama got one 11 days into his first term, but Trump actually did something to deserve one.

I could write a long list of accomplishments, which I have done on a couple occasions, but I believe it would be a waste of time here, since you are in such denial. Objectivity is not your strong suit.

So lot's of reading here, not much substance. I gather nobody on the right want's to defend the clear deception of the trump ad (the original topic). I'm not surprised, just lots of whataboutisms from the peanut galley.

In the meantime, here’s Trump publicly disparaging one of the top infectious disease experts around. We will never get over this pandemic if this is how he’s going to continue to behave. Absurd.

You reply to the questions about the man who is actually president first.
Trump is who he is, a known quantity, who has done a good job as president overall.

As far as his boasting, he’s a General Contractor, not a 47 year politician who is dumber than a bag of hammers, but yet tries and fails to lie about how smart he is.

Umm, yeah, so have you not heard the multiple times Trump has bragged about how smart he is even though he’s clearly the dumbest guy in the room?

The projection from the Trump klan on here is just wild to behold.

It would be great to compare Biden’s academic records to Trump .... but Trump will sue anyone who tries to release any of his academic records. I wonder why?

We have video proof of Slow Joe bragging about his intellect, and corresponding quantifiable data displaying exactly how dumb he truly is. Bottom 11% of his class at SYRACUSE LAW. Ouch.

After bragging about being on “a full academic scholarship” (LIE) and finishing in the “top half of his class.” (A HILARIOUSLY STUPID LIE).

OUCH.

You think you have some kind of gotcha with Biden’s record. I don’t care if he gets called out for things he says. I have zero issue with it. Why you don’t apply the same standards to your cult leader is beyond me, though.

I do. They’re both clowns and both too old to be president.

I like one of the clowns policies WAY better than the other. And I like his commitment to not ruining our Supreme Court.

Except you don’t know what Trumps policies are because he hasn’t laid any out. Twitter tirades and rallies filled with maskless old people isn’t policy. Again, the cult mentality on display here is mind-numbing.
