Ok, be that way. I was just trying to be nice and give you a chance to feel better about yourself after your bumbling attempts to explain the alleged purpose of the meeting.

Any thoughts on why a judge, who is supposed to be managing the process fairly, would allow that text message to be presented in the case - but then instruct the jury not to consider it in its deliberations?

Could it possibly be, heaven forbid, that the judge didn't like the way the trial appeared to be going - and decided to handicap the prosecution? Asking you your opinion as an expert who followed the trial closely.
