Y’all want them to put it on the floor and drive

hey now, @bonefish1 loves him some Caleb Love. Don’t bother him with these facts and figures!

What % from 3, ppg, and/or rpg should they be averaging for you to think they were contributing?
Those stats vary every game and always will. And as you know, though it's still the hardest shot in the game, the 3 is also the one with more risks, though that's changing as players shoot more. Blocking out, defending, not fouling unless needed, assists to TO ratio in the plus column, finding the open man.... are all just as important.

There are so many variables to every sport from baseball to tennis (yuck), and not one is more important if you want to win.

That’s a whole lot of words for not answering the question. But I am guessing these two are in the top 20-30 sophomores in the country in the those categories that play the same amount of mins.

Holy wow. Of course he does. Caleb love is an awful shooter. I’d assume ppl here would want him gone if he had been on Purdue 😂
He's a scorer. Wouldn't consider him a shooter. Kinda in the same way Iverson was considered a scorer. High volume but can create for himself. He's also a good defender. He'd actually fit well next to Smith I think.

If you don't think Purdue could use a perimeter defender that can get buckets... He'd probably shoot a better percentage under Painter as well.
I’d take a whole lot of other players than Caleb love. He would not fit well in Purdues system or culture. He wasn’t the greatest locker room guy
