Wisconsin at Purdue: MASTER DISCUSSION THREAD

Most athletes are taking sports marketing, business or education. They aren't taking 6 years. They are getting their masters in 6. Give em 4. If they want to continue, it's on their own dime. If it's taking kids 6, what have those kids been doing with their time? And the schools need to be looked at for wasting kids time so much with useless garbage.
If you really believe this, then your rankings system makes a bit more sense.

And I'm today's high schools? The amount of college credit classes are insane. He'll a lot of athletes are finishing in 3.
Those finishing in 3 do it to jump around for $$$ just like those that are still in college after 5-6 years now…for the money. Prior to NIL guys stuck around as long as they could to try and keep playing ball.

Academics is not at the top for a lot of D1 athletes. They all think they’re going pro and often aren’t taking business classes as you referenced.

Well at UNC they really aren't taking any. If say the majority of basketball and football players are taking the easiest degree available for them. Not many are out trying to be doctors and engineers. I wouldn't be surprised if sports management was the most popular degree choice.
