No question all the timeouts and reviews provide some rest...a bit more than during the season. However, the intensity is also increased as we noticed Trey was gasping in the half time interview. Still, the half rest gave them enough rest to come out and continue to play hard the second half. Purdue's D the last two games has been more effective and draining than during the season almost as though it is lose and go home!I don't think they were gassed. Timeouts in the NCAA tournament are a minute longer than they are in the regular season and that gives well conditioned guys ample time to catch their breath. It's wild to me that fans think they know better with this stuff than the coaches who see them every day and the trainers that are charged with keeping them in top shape.
