Where did the Eastern thread go

I am a great mother sir a singe mother of a wonderful baby boy that I would give my life for. You don’t walk in my shoes you don’t no my struggles or my son and I journey to get him were he is today. Again I’ll say this once more I do agree my emotions got the best of me and I put my business on this board for all to read that was a big mistake and trust me it won’t happen again. Until you walk in my shoes don’t judge me bcuz you have absolutely no clue who I am or what’s going on in my life. I’ve moved on take care.

And you have a great Son who is on track to get a GREAT education. God Bless You for that. I have two daughters who are single Mom’s and while I haven’t walked in their shoes I have seen how difficult it is. Thank God for strong Mom’s who refuse to let their children fall off the path.

Almost all parents would give their life for their child. And count me as one that does not think one's personal struggles are justification for poor decisions. In fact, poor decisions are often times the reason for the struggles one finds themselves dealing with.

I think you being on these boards is a poor decision. Nothing good for you and more importantly your son is going to come out of you being an active member of this board. There's a reason why you're the only player's parent contributing to this board. Because the other parents know they shouldn't be on here.

Having said all of this, I'm glad you have knowledged that it was wrong to threaten to have your son transfer on a VERY public message board. Your actions were no doubt embarrassing for yourself but also for your son.

My free advice would be to disable your account and not turn in back on until after your son graduates. Something tells me you won't be taking this advice though. Good luck to you.

Gotta agree with you here. Nothing good can come from a parent, player, girlfriend, etc reading and posting on these forums. Human nature would mean you certainly want to see what people are saying about your son, but if you don't want to read a lot of negative or anonymous armchair quarterback assessments, and especially if your inclination is to respond and defend the player, then it's never going to end well.
I remember a few years ago when Yogi Farrels mom got into a twitter war with some fans and she not only embarrassed herself, but I think it embarrassed her son even more.

Again let it go I have and if I so choose to do so I can read or post on this board. I am a fan as well as many of you on this board I just happen to be a parent of a child on the team. You can agree with what that poster saids I’m fine with that doesn’t make any of you right or wrong it’s my choice I’m not hurting anybody on this board but giving opinions mostly about basketball related stuff. I can handle myself and what comes with being on this board. My mistake as I said over and over again was posting that comment on this board but I have moved on so should you and others. Your perception of me not gonna hurt my feelings one bit I’m comfortable in my on skin and I’m not gonna let anybody make me feel like I’m doing something wrong bcuz I do no when to draw the line. So appreciate your concerns or opinion but it’s old news and now move on I have.

Your free advice isn't worth half a shit. She'll do (and does) whatever the hell she wants.
