This story from the Lafayette Journal and Courier - "West Lafayette woman charged with stalking Purdue head coach Katie Gearlds.:

To summarize, a woman who was a team manager in 2004 when Katie was on the team is stalking her and sending Katie threatening messages. She is now in jail without bail. Pretty clearly she needs psychiatric help..

With all the other pressures Katie has, this would be the last thing to add to it. Makes me admire her even more.
