No. He avoided jail time when similar and like cases in both situations have resulted in jail time. And his actions do not qualify for the “pre-trial” diversion under the DOJ’s 6 requirements for PTD. He was simply not eligible. Do your homework please. But the biggest issue is what several career IRS agents (and FBI IIRC) have stated is that the DOJ slow walked the 2013 and 2014 tax year investigations to go past the statute of limitations. These years included the Burisma payments. The IRS agent went into great detail of the tax evasion and fraud Hunter committed. You think that for any normal citizen the IRS would drag out a case involving millions in unclaimed income and felony charges and then “oops looks like we waited too long. Our bad.”

If you don’t know if the IRS agent got his info second hand it shows your utter lack of knowledge. The man was in the meeting with him. He wrote and email summarizing the meeting that Weiss told the IRS investigation team him he didn’t have any authority. His supervisor who was also in the meeting concurred with the summary.

No evidence? There is Treasury Dept evidence that large sums of money went from China, Romania and Ukraine to a series of shell corporations to end up with various members of the Biden family. Joe could instruct his attorneys, the IRS, the FBI, and anyone else with knowledge of what those shell corps did to earn that money to come forward, provide information and testify.
