Starting the second half, three turnovers in the first 2 and 1/2 minutes of the second half, and a foul on a three point shooter (which was bs in my opinion, very inconsistently called, but Mathias knows better). That was the game right there. Sure Illinois was shooting well, but we kept giving them the ball.
You can say all you want, but we gave the ball away 16 times today. Some of those were bogus offensive foul calls, but that's why you don't throw the ball away the other 10 times.
