It's a State issue but the States still have to abide by the US Constitution.
In this election there were obvious over reaches by some AG's, and Mayors.
Some local election boars didn't follow their own rules and some didn't comply in a timely manner with the U.S Supreme Court's decision to separate votes..
It's over, the Country is dealing with the consequences.

I’m happy with the covid response (although I think at home test kits should be free and we should be sharing vaccine information with the rest of the world).
