The only time that wasn't true was 2019 during lockdowns which were mostly over 6 months into Biden's tenure as the graph of oil demand in the enclosed article shows.

Sorry I read graph wrong. It was 2020....you are correct. My fault.
Let's see that was under Trump....NOT Biden, which further makes the case that COVID did not effect the Biden's gas demand which was going strong by Biden's tenure, and the graph shows that. So that is the opposite of what you claimed....no "throws if COVID" under Biden per graph. Pretty much over 4-6 months of Biden's first year.
