Dude, I don't know what your call it. But saying tough words ain't going to move foreign governments or terrorist organizations. What about the tough words Chump said a few years ago that Mexico was going to pay for the wall? The US is till waiting on a $20 Billion check. Chump couldn't even get the republican controlled House and Senate to build a wall.

It's already happened. Trump's tough talk about 25% tariffs moved two foreign governments: 1. Canada dumped the Trudeau creature and 2. Mexico's president turned the caravans of migrants back south. And you will see Hamas cave in within the next couple of weeks.
