Tommy Luce can dunk...almost

If that happens in an actual game
First, students may storm the court
Second, I'm not sure the steel dome can handle the noise level, they may want to schedule reconstructions or repairs.
Third, I'm not sure old people with heart problems can handle that.

I used to be able to dunk a golf ball in high school. I'm 5'10 on a really good day. Major hops.

I truly think Tommy may end up being a contributor down the line in his junior/senior season. Usually the walk-ons have limited ability to build on but Tommy has shown a propensity for dribbling out of trouble and having some good vision. I'm not clamoring for the guy to become a starter, but I wouldn't put it past him (he is noted for his love of the ins and outs of the game) to become a later rotation guy that can come in and give 5-9 solid minutes a game if need be in the future.

at 60 yrs old, the only hops I'm concerned about are the ones in my beer.

Unless something drastic happens like multiple injuries/suspensions/transfers, Luce isn't going to see meaningful minutes for Purdue. His contributions will be in practice and I'm sure Painter is thankful for that but it will end there.
