1) Over the last, say, 25 years, what promises have democrats made to black America, was the promise kept and what was the result?

2) What programs have democrats put in place to address the most pressing issues facing black America:

Greatest cause of death among black men 15-35 is murder at the hands of other black men.

The Dems have kept Black people in failing inner city schools for as long as I've been alive and I'm 73. They keep promising that they're going to improve education, which is the key to self sufficiency, yet no matter how much money they pour into schools, the quality of education has NOT improved. Why?

Perhaps the Teachers Unions are getting fat from all that money, but the poor Black kids in those schools keep getting screwed. Have you ever figured out that the Dems are just giving you lip service to keep you on the Dem Plantation and they're NEVER going to make things better. If they actually improve education and these kids rise out of poverty, they won't be dependent on the Dem party to fix their problems. They'll be independent enough to solve their own problems.

The Dem party is NEVER going to jeopardize control over a group of people, who vote 90% Dem. Keep them poor, keep them dependent and keep them voting DEMOCRAT. - Democrats push for raising minimum wage. For the life of me I can't understand why the repubs are against public aid for people and at the same time against raising minimum wage. If you raise the minimum wage to a livable wage you would not need folks on public aid.

As far as 71% black babies born to unwed mothers that you keep bringing up. You offer no republican solutions at the same time criticizing the dems. Other than bring jobs back to the cities, there are no policies form any party that will improve their situation. We talked about this several times. These folks have to help themselves. You don't believe that history has nothing to do with current events. Even though it has been a problem for several decades but I think the 80's crack epidemic exacerbated this issue of crime, unwanted babies etc.
