We are 20-6 with 5 to go. We are not losing another game at home - our energy and play minus the second half vs Iowa shows that. Puts us at 23-6 and we match up well with Maryland and Wisconsin. IU is obviously huge and we will show up to play. Not sure we get the W but we just need a road split (IU or Neb) and we finish 24-7 headed to BTT. How we play starting tonight is really the key. We finish 4-1 and win a game or two in BTT we can easily finish 26-8 headed to selection Sunday. That gets us a 3 seed or 4 at worst. I would take that. So we are not done - far from it. I also think KS is gonna start playing again and contribute in a positive way.

Oh I see what you are saying - we shall see - a lot can happen with us and everybody else - Michigan loss tonight helps

I think we will be somewhere between a 4 and 7 seed. I have noticed that seeding has gotten more competitive and tends to lower the p5 conference teams more so than in the past.

I also think that ncaa seeding is one of the silliest debates in sports. Bottom line you have to win the games and once you are past that fist set of games (64-->32) - it's a crapshoot. And by the way calling the "first round" the play in games and the "second round" the games from 64 to 32 is dumb.

They changed it back this year. Play in games are called play in or first 4 or whatever. Traditional first round (64 to 32) is back to being called the first round.
