Cool to have the outright title. That is goal #1. After 12 years, CMP's first outright title is good news!

Good grief. It's one game on our resume. If you are fixated on our top win then cheer for ND to win at Louisville this weekend. A neutral court win over a top ACC team, and possible champ if the right things happen, will look really good.
Why wouldn't we have been outright champ anyway ? We own the tiebreaker against Wisky even if they won today and we lose on Sunday.
The Big Ten recognizes both teams as champions if they tie. The tiebreaker is used for tournament seeding but it doesn't eliminate a team from being recognized as champion.
Most people are referring to Purdue being outright B1G Champions in terms of overall win-loss record (winning percentage) in conference games. Now it is official in that regard.
And he did it to his brothers' alma mater (Zach, who didn't play much and Jason, who some of us remember pretty well), no less! Like Rece Davis said, it looked like blood was thicker than alma mater, 'cuz the brothers both looked pretty happy for him.

Thankfully it's only a handful of you that do it, but it must be really hard for you right now since CMP and the team keep being successful and you keep losing any foundation to be taken seriously.

I wasn't complaining about next season. I just think it would be more beneficial for Haas (projected as a near 25 MPG player as a senior) to play in a 2-3 or 3-2 at times instead of being in man every possession, which is not his strength as a defender.
Why in the world would you want Haas to transfer to another school? Go back to Peegs, troll!!!
I had to read through this thread a couple times, didn't see anywhere he suggested that. With as much insight on recruits and upcoming games as nag provides to this board, I think he's about the furthest thing from a troll.
And cprh9u's comment may have pointed out a legitimate negative, but that's not the same as trolling either.

I have to admit Haas transferring, although incredibly unlikely, I'd be ok with it as he is struggling here. He has a couple of moves, but that is offset by being turnover prone and a foul machine. I personally don't want to see his minutes increase. He's just not improving as I thought he would at all. Painter just isn't getting it done with his growth. It's entirely possible that the incoming big kid quickly goes around him.

You are so obviously a troll or you aren't watching the same Haas I am. Haas has continued improvement since he arrived at Purdue. His offensive moves are dramatically improved. He will always struggle defensively because, not surprisingly at his size, lacks quickness. But he has improved there also in learning to compensate and utilize his strengths. Very different natural skill set than AJ other than size but both are excellent examples of what is becoming well known nation wide - Purdue develops and UTILIZES big men more effectively than most schools especially in today's college game - omg for a contrast just look 120 miles south, where big men go to be ignored.
I'm guessing your post was motivated by jealousy and so i think real Boiler fans will accept it as such with the recognition that "jealousy is a form of flattery"
2nd leading scorer on the team. Most efficient scorer in NCAA.

Ah, I didn't catch the sarcasm. And somebody else made the comment about cprh9u. It just looked like a pattern to me of people unnecessarially jumping on other posters.
