what I do is point out the hypocrisy of racists, like democrats. I don't separate by color. Skin color is irrelevant to me. I'm an equal opportunity joke cracker (see what I did there?....).
But, when a racist policy is put in place like Harris is proposing, I'm gonna call her on it.

What is racist is that white farmers are subsidized by the US govt. Black farmers are not or have to fight for the money they do get. Then the white farmers and the repubs sue the govt. to take away the money given to the black farmers. When black folks get money from the govt., y'all call it a hand out. Y'all have said absolutely nothing about white farmers getting all of this govt. money.

The source that you attached seems like from the US govt. agency that administered the Opportunity Zone program during the time Chump was in office. Of course they are going to say that the program is working. Secondly, depending who actually benefitted perhaps it did work....for white Americans. The article touted success in Utah and some rural areas. I thought the purpose of the Opportunity Zones was to help black businesses in depressed cities in the US for which it did not. Dude you just lost this argument badly.
