I thought one of primary methods of deal making was to keep your cards close and use all your bargaining chips. The trump admin says Russia doesn't have to give back territory gained in the illegal invasion and NATO membership for Ukraine won't happen. Good job lol.

Good, you’re supposed to lose the land if you lose the war.
And we might be very close to pulling out of NATO anyway, so it won’t matter.
That will all save the American taxpayer billions. $$

You have to lie and speculate to cover trump on this one?

They aren't losing the war.

If we're still in NATO while negotiating and end to the war, why does that matter?

Where's all the swinging d/ck bravado as trump COMPLETELY contradicts what he has said over and over about negotiating and not showing your hand? Why would he give away the store if he was serious about negotiations? Let's hear it. You can't get to your keyboard quick enough to tout his ability to strike a deal and outmaneuver the opposition when you think he has. Now you're deflecting as he screwed the pooch. Or is that the plan anyway? Who really believes he's not simply caving to his buddy yet again?

We're paying 2 billion A DAY in interest on the debt. Congrats. You just payed it for a week.

The reason that Russia invaded Ukraine was that Biden foolishly signed an agreement that would allow Ukraine to join NATO (link). The far-left news media won't report this but the WSJ did. For years Putin had warned that any former Warsaw Pact nation joining NATO would be an act of war. That's exactly what happened.

To end the war in Ukraine, we need to reverse the stupidity of Biden and refuse to allow Ukraine admission to NATO.

If there were no war, there would be no money sent

I heard some 'experts' on NPR making the same stupid comments you are. In fact, maybe you heard it from them and were using it here for your self-satisfied lol fix.

Predictably, you and the NPR nitwits completely miss the whole point of what Trump is doing. Somehow you think Trump is negotiating with Putin about Ukraine.

In fact, he is negotiating with Putin about continued US support for Ukraine.

Ukraine doesn't have to accept any deal Trump makes with Putin, nor do the wealthy nations of Europe. They can fill in for the US if they want to. In fact, Zelensky called for a "European" army to oppose Russia this week at the Munich security conference. I think that is a great idea, and one long overdue.

The Euros can also refuse to follow Trump's statement to keep Ukraine from joining NATO, which was always a dumb idea to begin with. NATO can kick the US out of NATO and add Ukraine if it wants. The EU countries have 17X the GDP of Russia, and NATO will still have two nuclear-armed nations if we leave. Like Zelensky now seems to understand, Europe has the ability and now needs to stand on its own two feet. The US gravy train for wealthy Euro countries is coming to an end, thankfully.

I've posted this previously but it's worth another look. From the NY Times:

“Gen. Dwight Eisenhower, NATO’s first supreme allied commander Europe, felt strongly that his mission was to get Europeans “back on their military feet” — not for American troops to become the permanent bodyguard for Brussels and Berlin.

“If in 10 years, all American troops stationed in Europe for national defense purposes have not been returned to the United States,” he wrote of NATO in 1951, “then this whole project will have failed.”

“But as leaders of NATO allies gather in Washington on Tuesday for the alliance’s 75th anniversary, some 90,000 U.S. troops are stationed in Germany, Italy, Britain and elsewhere, making up a significant portion of the 500,000 NATO troops on high readiness.”

I recall that excellent prior post.

And now today, Kellogg, Trump‘s foreign envoy, directly contradicted Trump by talking about how wonderful Zelensky is and how the US will have Ukraine‘s back. Probably because Trump doesn’t like negative media attention from his friends.

So our ADD, senile, “blurt out stuff he doesn’t know anything about” president has had his ass handed to him again.

Call it “how to lose credibility on the world stage“ 101.

Approximately 720 hours since peace should have been made in Ukraine. It was supposed to be done in 24 and so easy.
A question for you: is that more or less of a world class screwup than undoing the cease-fire in Gaza that was in place when he took over?

Telling 2 million people that they would be “relocated“ by the US military so that Donnie Trump could build resort hotels!

Yeah, that was gonna work.

But for me? The most impressive “world class screwup“ of all is trashing relations with Canada for crissakes.

Every stinking country in the world gets along with Canada. And now Canadians are in unison, booing the American national anthem, and dumbass Americans, inspired by Trump, are returning the favor.

I mean, who the hell could imagine an administration so incompetent that they could make that happen!

Not Putin? Okay chief: gotcha.

Biden apparently is not senile; he's the mastermind that commands Russian troops. Or his encouragement for Ukraine to become an even stronger ally enabled Putin in a way that Trump, on bended keens slurping Putin's tiny manhood, never could.

Are we also blaming Biden for the shit-trashing of US/Canadian relations? And for those plane crashes? How about the hockey loss? Is anything that is going to crap during the Trump administration going to be Trump's fault?

Maybe Vlad really DOES have a pee-pee video of Trump!:oops:

Here's Donnie this morning, being blasted by his sycophant Fox News morning show crew, and refusing to say one single bad syllable about Vlad the Murderer:

KILMEADE: But Mr. President, that’s all — that’s Vladimir Putin’s fault, don’t you agree?

TRUMP: I get tired of listening to it, I’ll tell you what. I’ve seen it enough. And then he complains that he’s not at a meeting that we’re having with Saudi Arabia trying to intermediate a peace. Well, he’s been at meetings for three years with a very, with a president who didn’t know what the hell he was doing. He’s been at the meetings for three years and nothing got done. So I don’t think he’s very important to be at meetings to be honest with you. He’s been there for three years. He’s — he makes it very hard to make deals. But look what’s happened to his country, it’s been demolished.

KILMEADE: But no, no, I hear you. But Mr. President, but you know who’s to blame for that. Don’t you think it’s Vladimir Putin that did the invasion unwarranted to try to take back land he had no right to? And don’t you think fundamentally that’s that? And if you could just — and now both sides want to talk it seems, so we should just get to that point.

TRUMP: They only want to talk because of me. If I wasn’t involved, they wouldn’t be talking to each other. And Russia would continue to, you know, go through Ukraine because they are going through, Brian, they’ve taken a lot of land. And Russia would continue their march through Ukraine. If it wasn’t for me, they wouldn’t be talking at all. I’m the only reason they’re talking.

Free-loading Canadians don't like us??

I didn't realize the situation is so serious. Does it hurt your feelings they don't like us?

1) Patently false.
2) Only for the past six weeks. Lots of “Don’t Buy American” campaigns. And that’s from our closest ally.
3) It is until Trump caves. But the damage will be lasting.
4) Hurt MY feelings? Are you shitting me? Who gives a flip about my feelings. This is damaging America.

What damage are you imagining in your TDS hysteria?

1. Patently true:

An over six month old article from a guy that’s no longer in power. That is zero persuasive.

And I’m not even saying that economic pressure on Canada isn’t warranted. Go for it!

But openly trashing and trolling them is horrible for public sentiment and for foreign trade with what should be treated as our closest ally.

As you so eloquently stated “Trump says dumb things.”

Wow, what a bunch of bosom-buddy allies. They've been promising 2% of GDP for defense since 1949 and in seven more years, they're actually gonna do it!
So then;

Name who you consider our closest allies. Clearly you don’t think it’s Canada or the “narco- state” Mexico.

Like your 'fact' that it is 'patently false' that Canada is a deadbeat ally?
I CLEARLY said some economic pressure can be worth considering. But publicly trolling and trashing our closest ally is STUPID.

Also? You are full of it: it’s a balanced trade relationship. Mainly because of Canadian energy exports, which they could easily restrict:

PS: you can respond to the dead on facts with a laugh emoji, but those facts are far more persuasive than your laugh emoji-admission that you’ve been owned by evidence, again.

I said they are freeloaders, then posted a link showing they don't meet their NATO commitments after you foolishly said my statement was 'patently false.'

It had nothing to do with the trade balance. Your TDS hysteria keeps you from understanding the simplest things, kathofanJM23etc.
