The election is riding on that 3-4% slice of the electorate that will decide the swing states .

Will people look past what Trump (or comedians at a Trump rally said) said and believe his policies will lift the country out of this hole?
Wil Trump grad enough of the black male votes out of places like Detroit, Philly, Pitt and Atlanta?

Will people believe that Harris will really be different than Biden?
Has her campaign done a good enough job of laying out policy vs just attacking Trump?

When it's all said and done, the entire election will probably come down to 2 states.

If the polls under represent the trump vote as they did in his last two elections he most likely wins.

If women turn out en mass as there are signs that it will, Harris can overcome it. The women over 65 vote may be surprising and crucial.

Interesting poll in Iowa.

Any other R would win. Country says 79% wrong track right now.

If K2 wins she will be the first to overcome that by...
1. Having media 100% behind her lies
2. Lying to public about abortion.... which is not a national issue any longer. Media assisted in this lie.
3. $ for lying TV adds and the team of unethical election ground game minions it bought.
4. Division of Hate wins.

If T wins......
1. People are ready for great policy for the people...not against the people
2. People are broke and will accept even Trump
3. People are tired of the border invasion & want a fix.

People just want this over.....either way.

Just because abortion was sent back to the states doesn't mean it's not a national issue. Wtf are you talking about. You're parroting trump again........who says with a dead brain that EVERYBODY, even dems, wanted Roe overturned. He seems to think that gets him off the hook with women. Totally clueless.
It's very much a national issue. It's the biggest issue with the demographic that might put Harris over the top.

You are showing your ignorance ...again.

It is in no way a national issue regardless of who wins. The USSC made it forever more a state issue.

You're just flat out wrong. I live in a fairly conservative/red area and most families that I interact with are conservative, but not evangelical by nature.

The women in those families are uniformly really pissed about the overturn of Roe V. Wade and the message it sent.

Low black turn out will favor Chump and the repubs like it always does historically. However, I do not suspect low black turnout during this election cycle.

Any possible increase in the black support for Chump, certainly no where near what the polls are projecting, will not be nearly enough to swing the election in his favor.

Sadly, any other R wins. I think Trump wins if he selects Nikki Haley as VP (stops male, racists comments, afraid of powerful women, Haley schools anyone in any debate). Also starts a logical transition of powerful to a capable female WH candidate.

Dems win if they select anyone halfway coherent aka that is not Biden or Harris.

JMO 2 cents

It’s only a national issue if 1 of 2 things happen…
1 Democrats get majority rule in HoR and Senate or change the USSC
Or
2 Republicans and Democrats actually decide to “split the baby” King Solomon style. Aka the Republicans agree to allowing a minimum 12 week abortion in all states and the Democrats agree to prevent abortions after 28 weeks except in extenuating circumstances (rape, incest, viability mothers life)

Good luck getting 1 or 2 anytime soon.

Item 2 would be simple with rational thinkers in charge, that’s not going to happen anytime soon in this political environment. Republicans would be well served getting a few more women elected to help rationalize their base.

Look to Europe for some rational thinkers on the current situation. They have both a religious conservative base and socially liberal constituents.

I don't think we're talking about the same thing.

"Lying to public about abortion.... which is not a national issue any longer. Media assisted in this lie."

What is the lie about abortion that the media assisted in?

To me a national issue is one that concerns people all over the country and is important enough that people actually vote because of it. The gender gap in this election is huge.......and abortion is a big reason for it.
