I would probably say more like 20 years. I'm assuming the B1G winners are MSU, Michigan, Wisconsin, OSU, Illinois and Purdue. IU might be the 7th best in that same span. Not great, but not good.

You are right. They had a couple good seasons sprinkled in there. Overall though it's been bad for a while.
