Can we just win going away? These 2 point games are killing me.
I have to hope NCAA refs call fouls better than B10 refs. They are more likely to call fouls against Zach than any other refs we have seen in a while. I hope. That 8/9 game winner is going to be super tough. Purdue will be fortunate to get out of the first weekend. Refs will swallow whistle probably and let the other team beat the crap out of the Purdue players.
Also super happy Rutgers didn't get in! No respect for their coach and I hate Mulkey with a passion. I wonder if Mulkey is jumping up and down wining like a drama queen as hard right now as he was during the BTT game? Have fun in the NIT boys!

Just saw a stat that Farleigh Dickinson presses more than any team in the country. So could end up with a challenge in very first game.

What?We have a lot of good ethical coaches in the East, Izzo, Hardaway, Calipari
ORU in an upset.Duke got ORU in a 5/12 game. That's pretty harsh.

"Memphis and FAU are both very athletic."Memphis and FAU are both very athletic. Look for full court pressure and falling back into a zone. When not in a zone they will be able to be up into our guards on the perimeter. Either one of them will give us issues.
If those teams all win they will play a one or two seed in the second round. Same with MSU.Some first round lines are up already, not ours obviously.
Iowa +1
Northwestern +2
Illinois +3
Penn St +2.5
Maryland +2
Ultimately, it may have been that Q3 loss @ Minnesota, where they lost a big lead in the last minute. Also a home loss to Nebraska didn't help. 4-7 Q1 not good enough with those.Wtf where is Rutgers?
I think the committee had a preference for teams that actually try to play basketball and not rugby.Wtf where is Rutgers?
No offense, but what rock have you been under?"Memphis and FAU are both very athletic."
Those are mid-major teams, right? What is it about Purdue that scares away athleticism in recruiting?
Too bad. Screw them.Wtf where is Rutgers?
Memphis is not a mid-major team. They beat #1 Houston by 10 on Sunday."Memphis and FAU are both very athletic."

Memphis is not a Power-5 conference team, thats why. The American conference, right?Memphis is not a mid-major team. They beat #1 Houston by 10 on Sunday.
UNC turns down NIT 🤣🤣🤣UNC from championship game last year to out of the tourney
Just don't let Newman pass the ball....geeezzz 🤣X-factor David Jenkins, knows this is his last chance to shine
X-factor Fletcher Loyer, can he recapture his beginning of the year shot
X-Factor Brandon Newman, he's gotten better towards the end of the year, can he blow up in the tourney
Ya think 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣what a tough bracket. Outside of the first game, we have a serious uphill climb the rest of the way even as a #1 seed. Yikes!
Did Sasser play?Memphis is not a mid-major team. They beat #1 Houston by 10 on Sunday.
Villanova is in the NIT. Championship game from a few years ago.UNC turns down NIT 🤣🤣🤣
Groin injury is hard to come back from - might be the first #1 to bow out.
I would think they might hold him out in round 1, but that's it. But I'm no doctor. I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night though.Groin injury is hard to come back from - might be the first #1 to bow out.

Maybe they were hedging their bet in the event they lost so the committee wouldn't take away their #1 seed....Houston hasn't updated his status, although he warmed up Sunday. Sampson later said he really wasn't prepared to have him play. Sasser seems to indicate he'll be ready by TH, but I could see them maybe trying to get an extra game off. If it's minor, which it appears to be, it's usually a week-to-week deal......he might be somewhat limited when he does play, or he could aggravate it. A little like a hamstring deal - and the potential sudden change in lateral movement - you just never know.
