I wasn't. I was simply highlighting Wisky as a school that historically outperforms their recruiting rankings. They rarely have a class in the top half of the conference but consistently perform at that level. I used them only to illustrate the point we aren't destined to finish in 12th or 13th place; coaching, scheme, development, SOS, injuries, etc. all matter too.
You have more faith in these coaches than most fans do. There's no basis to believe that CDH will become a miracle worker in year 4. But, I won't complain if he does. I was expecting a turnaround under his leadership.And, I think it would be great if he became successful at Purdue. He won't stay long if he does, but so be it. Purdue isn't a destination job.
