I’m more concerned with cleaning house starting with the AD. This hire and schedule debacle is all on Bobo and staff.

it’s not the first time this decade fans have had to live through this garbage. Given the last s-show was lead by Burke. It’s a common occurrence at this point.

i believe walters will last the year and maybe next year. Purdue needs to save the money to put in the NIL funds.

the home games were basically sold out, regardless of the product on the field. so the AD has done his job.

you want wins ? I thought before when given a choice of having a boring team like Iowa that always wins over one that is pass happy , you chose the pass happy, cradle of Qbs team.

Maybe after seeing us lose so many games, you might see it my way that winning is everything. Fans love a boring team as long as it wins.

IU fans are happy tonight, while BBG is about to curse me out. because that's what BBG loves to do before and after a game.

I don't see the rush to fire him during the season. You can start looking for the next head coach discretely and we aren't going to name the new coach during the rest of the season anyway. Recruiting can't really start until that happens and I assume there's going to be alot of portal action which won't be clear until teams finish their season anyway.

There was no evidence Walters could be a head coach and there was no way he could hire a competent staff. This hire showed that Bobo is clueless. Mung needs to call Bobo into his office say, "You're fired!"

Purdue has recently invested $45.4 million in Ross Ade. (This does not include the tens of millions invested in the stadium in the 2000's)

So why in the hell is Purdue cheaping out with HC hires? Why is hiring unproven, untested assistant coaches the norm for them? If they can afford $40+million renovations to the stadium, they can afford HC salaries that are in median of the B10.

Clearly there is mismanagement or a disconnect in the vision here. There is no reason Purdue should be this poor at Football. Frankly I’m sick and tired of it and we need to demand better.

Thanks for posting. Seems this interview was before the NW game.

Bobinski's comments seem guarded with a lot of outs. He stressed on how the season will end and also let Walters know what is acceptable and what is not.

I am on the fence if he is given one more season or is let go on Dec 1.
