Looks like there will be a designated meeting place on Thursday. Send off to the team and plenty of Boiler Up's at O'Shea's

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The John Purdue Club, Purdue Alumni Association and Purdue Alumni Club of Falls Cities invite all Boilermaker fans to join them Thursday in Louisville prior to the men's basketball NCAA Tournament second-round game against Cincinnati.
Join the fun at Patrick O'Shea's, 123 West Main Street, beginning at noon to watch other NCAA games. At 4 p.m., Purdue fans will take over the Penthouse and Rooftop Lounge to watch the game that starts at 7:10 p.m. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
There will be a sendoff rally with the band and spirit squad at 4:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown as the team boards the bus to heads to the Louisville KFC Yum! Center.
On Saturday, there will be pregame activities at a different location. For more information, clickhere on Friday.
Purdue fans are excited to cheer on the Boilermakers. The Athletic Ticket Office received requests for 600 tickets but had just 350 available to sell. Those went to John Purdue Club members based on priority points.
Purdue is making its 27th NCAA Tournament appearance and the seventh in 10 years under head coach Matt Painter.

I'm kinda surprised that they only received requests for 600 tickets. I'd say that the email that was sent about tickets was restricting sounding, but at the same time the venue was sold out and is one of the pricier regionals, so figured more people would at least try through Purdue. 600 tickets for a game 3 hours from campus and in an area with a significant number of alums is pretty low.

That is the number of tickets they actually sold. Purdue was allotted 550 tickets. There are seats set aside for player/coaches families, basketball office, athletic department, university. Sounds like the Paint Crew got a few.

I also will be blaming the Purdue Alumni Association if we lose tomorrow. How about an "If Purdue advances" there will be pre game activities on Saturday.
